🥚By far one of the most egg-citing surprises at loofy lake!! Our sweet little button quail that we hatched from eggs laid their first egg today ❤️❤️❤️

🧽also, we did an updated luffa count. 60 already growing!! 🤯 we will have plenty of sponges for cleaning next year and an overwhelming amount of seeds available for those that wish to do the same next year! 10/10 recommend!!

The girls have been extremely busy over the last couple of weeks!! Loofy lake has fresh unwashed eggs (chicken and quail) for $4 a dozen.

Chickens are free range and live on the lake. You couldn’t ask for happier chickens. 😂

We will also be offering a bundle that includes 1 dozen chicken eggs, 1 dozen quail eggs and a pair of quail egg scissors for $15.

Lastly, and for those most adventurous, our celadon quail have provided us proven fertilized eggs that are incubator ready for $10/dozen.

Good morning everyone!!!

As much as we would like to keep all of our birdies, our incubators have been putting in overtime and have had a strangely successful/overwhelming hatch rate and we need to thin the flock a bit.

-khaki Campbell ducks (these are heavier layers than most chickens laying up to 340 eggs a year)
