Indigo, Poppet and Tupelo with their kids!
Poppet and Tupelo are some of our Nigerian Dwarf and Lamancha crosses that have the most epic ears! Poppet and Tupelo both seemed a little confused where her kids ears were! Looks like they take after their dads!
*fun fact- Lamancha and Nigerian Dwarf cosses (known as Lagerians or Mini-manchas) can have either gopher ears, elf ears, or erect ears!

Not every birth goes perfectly, these cute pictures of a mother goat with her son may be a happy ending but it's not the whole story.
Jocelyn had a difficult birth and by some miracle we were able to get this boy out and alive, Jocelyn had a c-section and unfortunately her other kids did not make it.
Thanks to our amazing vets at Tahoma Vet, Jocelyn did make it!
Her son had to spend his first night in the house as she recovered from surgery. Although he was an amazing house guest the hope was that Jocelyn would accept him back, and she did just that!
They are both recovering and and doing great. Feeling very grateful as we know it could have gone very differently.
