So many goodies at today's market!

We welcomed our last group of visitors with the Chippewa River Trolley this afternoon, bringing our Bouquets & Berries Tour to a close for the season. We have loved welcoming new visitors to the farm, sharing our story, and giving people a glimpse into the beauty and work that happens here. Thank you to everyone who came through this summer and spent a little time with us.

While Momma was busy welcoming our visitors, the kiddos were busy picking bouquets for their teachers for Welcome Back Day—and for us, that felt like the true signal that summer is coming to an end.

We’re looking forward to the cooler days ahead, a chance to slow down a little, and some time to reflect before a new season of planning begins for next year.

If you haven’t made it out to the farm yet, now is the perfect time. We’ll be lucky if the blooms continue through the end of September, so come enjoy them while they’re still here.

There’s something bittersweet about this time of year, the season begins to soften, the days feel a little shorter, and we’re reminded to savor what’s still blooming before it’s gone.

Weekends are always a busy time for us, but they are also the days when we get to personally connect with so many of you.

Thank you to all the guests who visited the farm for U-Pick yesterday. We had such a wonderful time talking with visitors, many of whom were experiencing Maiv Flower Farm for the very first time.

Saturday was Flower Day at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market, and despite the rain in the morning, we still had a beautiful community turnout to support and buy from local farmers and food producers. One customer stopped by simply to thank us for our partnership with the Hunger Task Force and our participation in the Connecting Farms to Families program.

It’s moments like these that fuel our commitment to building a local foodshed that does more than feed people. We believe local food can strengthen relationships, support farmers, create access, and build a deeper sense of connection and belonging.

We are so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for farmers, for local food, and for one another. Thank you for helping us grow something that reaches far beyond the fields.

The farm stand is stocked with arranged market bouquets this morning, and they smell absolutely heavenly with the scents of eucalyptus, tuberose, dahlias, and zinnias.

There is something so special about walking into the stand and being greeted by fresh flowers gathered straight from the fields. Each bouquet is a little different, filled with the colors, textures, and fragrance of the season.

If you’re out and about today, stop by, choose a bouquet that speaks to you, and take a little piece of the farm home. Whether it’s for your kitchen table, a friend, or simply because you deserve fresh flowers, we hope they bring a little extra beauty to your day.

The stand is self-serve, so come by at your own pace and enjoy the farm while you’re here.

What a stunning evening at the farm. Golden hour and the sunset never fails to be amazing!

Thank you to the guests that visited this evening! We hope you captured many beautiful memories that will only bring joy and serenity as you look back on your time here.

All the blooms we picked today will be at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market tomorrow in beautiful arranged bouquets. Find us under the pink tent.

The flower fields are absolutely bursting right now, and this is one of the best times of the season to come pick your own! With so many colors, shapes, and varieties in bloom, there are endless beautiful stems waiting to be cut and taken home.

Evenings at the Farm are open today from 4–8 PM, and tonight you can u-pick both flowers AND vegetables. Come wander the fields, build your own bouquet, and harvest fresh veggies for your weekend meals, all while enjoying the golden evening light and peaceful farm views.

Can’t make it tonight? We’ll also be open Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM–7 PM for self-serve u-pick flowers.

Bring a friend, your family, or just yourself and enjoy a little time among the blooms. We’d love to have you out at the farm this weekend!

We got something spicy in the farm stand this morning! We grow these Thai Chili peppers for our family, but will occasionally offer them to visitors. So here's your opportunity to get some that were freshly picked!

We also have banana peppers, Jalapeño Peppers, bell peppers, garlic, sweet onions, ground cherries, zucchini, cabbage, and egg plants in the farm stand today.

Blooms are coming in and in abundance! Stuff your jars full and enjoy them at home.

Our self-serve u-pick flowers & farmstand is open until 7pm tonight and from 4-8pm tomorrow for evening on the farm.

Happy anniversary to us! It’s been four years since we started this journey of farming on land of our own. What was once an open field has grown into what it is today-- a beautiful farm filled with flowers that nourish our spirits, vegetables that feed communities across Wisconsin, a natural habitat for bees, butterflies, and birds, and a home where our kids roam the hillsides and ride their bikes along the dirt roads.

It has been a wonderful journey filled with growth, accomplishments, laughter, joy, and so many lessons about farming, family, and life.

This farm is truly a blessing and a dream come true for our family, and we’re so grateful to be able to share it with all of you.

“It feels so good to know that a little farm here in Eau Claire is having an impact across Wisconsin. I am proud of the love and dedication we put into our operation. To know that our food is going to feed thousands of people where they need it most is really heartwarming,” Pa adds.

At Maiv Flower Farm, Pa and her mother grow peas, carrots and bell peppers for the Connecting Farms to Families program. To ensure they can meet the demand of participating emergency food organizations, they dedicate 25% of the farm to growing the fresh vegetables for the program.
