IFD Foodservice Distributor, located in Eau Claire, WI, delivers to Customers throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. As a broadline foodservice distributor and service provider, we successfully handle 80,000 cases per week, service over 1,200 accounts per week, ship out 27 trucks daily, and deliver 8 million pounds of product per month. We provide wholesale food to a variety of industries including schools, colleges/universities, healthcare institutions, day cares, full and quick service restaurants, bars, taverns and government facilities. With over 11,000 food and grocery products, our Customers can choose from seafood, frozen foods, meats (fresh and frozen), grocery (dry and canned), refrigerated, produce (bulk and pre-cut), chemicals and non-food (equipment and supplies). We have 65+ years of outstanding customer service in the foodservice industry. Through our affiliation with Unipro Foodservice, we are able to service customers nationwide.

Our Produce Booth is always one of the show's most colorful and impressive displays, and it takes a lot of teamwork to bring it all together. Thank you, Brian, and everyone who helps him set up, arrange, and create this incredible booth. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

When the show wraps up, the impact continues. We donate all produce and other leftover items from the show to local charities, helping ensure the food gets put to good use in our community.

Packing a Little Extra Kindness Into This Year’s Food Show

One of the new additions to our Food Show this year was a booth with a purpose beyond food and fun. Together, we met our goal 250 snack bags to help local students experiencing food insecurity.

This was truly a team effort. We want to give a special thank you to our vendor partners who donated items, our volunteers who helped make the bags, and our customers who took the time to stop by and pack a bag.

Because of everyone who participated, 250 kids will have a little something extra to enjoy.

We are grateful for the generosity and support of our IFD community and proud to have made giving back a part of this year’s Food Show.

Some of the IFD team had a blast cheering on the Twins (and the Brewers on the TV) Wednesday night! We enjoyed great food, good company, and plenty of fun through out the evening.
