We're celebrating 11 years of The Brewing Projekt in style all day long! 🎉

Stop by for plants🌱 tattoos☠️ live music🎶 indoor & outdoor patios☀️ local food trucks🍔 and more. And stay for the delicious anniversary beer releases! 🍻

Tapped today... 🤩

Our first release is a very special 11th Anniversary Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. This 12.6% ABV stout was brewed with love then barrel aged to perfection until it was ready for your sippin' pleasure. (Today) 🤎

But why stop with one barrel-aged release when two would be better!?! So we added some vanilla and coffee and brewed you up a Vanilla Latte Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with a downright delicious 11.5% ABV. 🤍☕️🤎

Of course we also wanted to bring back some favorites so we brewed up a classic: Hawaiian Shirt Party!🌺 One of our all-time favorite Imperial Sour Ales, Hawaiian Shirt Party has a 9.2% ABV and is brewed with pineapple, mandarin, tangerine, & coconut. This tasty treat will transport you right to the beach! 🍍🍑🥥⛱️

And last but not least, an anniversary must-have: Double Gunpowder.🍻 This doubled-up version of our darling Gunpowder IPA comes in hoppy and strong. Brewed with Citra, Centennial, Green Tea, Orange Peel, & Honey and poppin at a perfect 8.8% ABV. An IPA-lover's delight!

This summer we have partnered with Wild--A Feral Kitchen by for an exquisite rooftop patio dinner experience. 🌅

On select Wednesdays throughout the summer, dinner-with-a-view begins at 6pm on our rooftop patio. Drinks are available beginning at 4pm. (Indoor seating option available in the case of unfavorable weather.) 🍴🥂

Join us on Wednesdays May 13, June 10, July 1, & August 12. Each night offers a unique menu and delicious, local craft beverages. 📅
