Every Ding D**g Witch is $50 and includes:

Your porch is about to get a little magical.

Gresh Hill Farm, a multigenerational farm in Ebensburg, PA, is bringing fall to your front door. Pumpkins, straw, gourds and corn stalks, styled for your porch and delivered to your door.

Pick your package:
A Pinch of Spice: $250
The Great Pumpkin Patch: $350
The Whole Harvest: $500

Want more? Add mums, an XL pumpkin, extra bales of straw, or our Eco Clean-Up ($50). Your pumpkins feed farm animals and get composted locally, with pick-up offered before or after Thanksgiving.

Delivery is free within 10 miles of the farm. Custom porch packages are available too, just email or call with your request.

Surprise a neighbor! Ding D**g Witch Your Neighbor is $50 and includes 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small pumpkin plus a personalized note. Limited availability for Ebensburg, Revloc, Nicktown, Carrolltown and Colver only.

Now THESE are some of my favorite winter squashes!

The Carnival squash is a fun, colorful, and yummy acorn hybrid that has a rich, nutty flavor and soft flesh when cooked. I personally love it halved, scoop the seeds, add some butter and brown sugar, and baked cut side up.

The Autumn Frost squash only looks like it got frosted, it is a neat brown/blue/orange color with orange flesh like butternut! Also great cubed and roasted in the oven if you don't do it up like the Carnival.

Both available at the farm stand along Gresh Rd!

Cash/Venmo for all items at the stand. Self-serve or we are around most evenings to help load you or answer questions.

Today's featured squash is Delicata and Mashed Potato (white) squash. Both grew on vines unlike our favorite tuber (potatoes!) and are great roasted in the oven or microwave/steamed as a side. Get creative! Add brown sugar, walnuts, cranberries, cheese, and more! YUM!

Looking for winter squash to eat with your dinner? 😋 We have more than just carving pumpkins here at the stand! 🎃

The yellow ones here are "Ba-sketti" squash (Spaghetti to everyone but my youngest son!) and the dark green is Buttercup squash. Both are edible.

With spaghetti, we usually just wash, cut in half, and scoop seeds. Then, you can microwave (cut side up) or bake (cut side down) until soft.

With buttercup, we wash, cut in half, scoop seeds, and you can either bake it and scoop the flesh out of the halves or cut into half-moons and roast on a pan with a little oil.
