Up date: we are wrapping up orders for the year of 2026. We love and appreciate all our customers and your support. Every year we are thriving to improve our customer service and efficiency to provide your families with great quality home raised beef. Next year our goal is to eliminate the wait for your orders. We have been working hard to set up a line up to provide two beef per month. We will be splitting these up into pre cut 1/4’s and custom cut 1/2 and whole beef orders. If a 1/4 is what you are looking for we will have prices available at the time of the purchase and feel free to contact any month for what we have in the coolers available this will allow us to eliminate the wait time on smaller orders, Every quarter will have a cut sheet with shown cuts for each bundle for you to choose from they will be packaged and ready to pick up the day of purchase. For custom orders on 1/2 and full beef we will be requesting that you place your order the month prior to getting the beef. This way we can provide you with your custom cuts at a timely matter and be able to know what we have left for 1/4 bundles after the custom orders. This will help speed up our wait time for either direction you like to purchase beef. Prices for 1/2 and whole will also be provided based on going rates of beef at time of order.
