The pepper harvest for today. From bottom shish*tos (great tossed in a little olive oil then air fried for 10 minutes) cubanelles (bigger peppers that are good stuffed with hamburger, rice and cheese and baked) habaneros (orange peppers only for those that can stand the heat) and ghost peppers (will bottle as a poison because it can kill π). And at the top we have the prolific hot wax pepper best eaten with fried chicken and peas π
