A Stylish Anna “Doodlebug”
11 yr old (2015) dun mare
14.3 hands
3D finished barrel mare. Started on poles and she loves them. She Would make someone a high caliber 1d pole horse with the right fit gritty rider. Shes been used the last two years for LITTLE BRITCHES rodeo. She Has been entered In some other open rodeos and jackpots as well as bigger 3 day shows. She stands up in any ground will walk in the ally with no fuss run her 100 times and she will still lope around one handed. Doodlebug loads , hauls, stands, easy to shoe does all the things one should as a 11 year old. She does require maintenance and all will be FULLY DISCLOSED for serious inquiries.
She did come to us cold backed. We have pretty much gotten her over that and has not offered to do that in about 8 months. (I believe it was a saddle fitting issue) we’ve since put her in a treeless and will be willing to sell her with all her tack to help the next person down the road.
I would not recommend her for a young begginer youth rider but for a gritty teen she would be a fun mount to go play on.
We’ve roped the dummy, ridden her bare back, trail rode, tracked live cows she would make an excellent breakaway, heel, sorting horse.
She’s fancy broke and ready for her next rider.
