It was fun seeing some familiar faces from bbq comps of years past! Overall we had a great cook and we were super happy with everything we turned in! They only announced 1st place for each category so not sure how we did (no 1st places, lol) thanks to everyone who stopped by!

It was fun to be cooking again! We were happy with everything we turned in, ended up finishing 2nd overall, congratulations to carnivore heaven on the overall win!

Tried some pork belly burnt ends today! Half were bbq seasoned and the other half were Chinese Char Siu... Definitely gunna make these again, Super good!!
