A list of we grow for veggies and herbs! While all may not be ready yet...this includes most everything we have/will have. I always miss a few plus sometimes(ok, maybe always) Dad surprises me with an item or two!

Most veggies are grown in 4 packs(some in both 4 packs and 3.5"). If the seed is pretty expensive-then only in 3.5"

Cilantro, Dill, Parsleys and most Basils are in 4 packs(except some of the Everleaf Basils).

Most of the other herbs are in 3.5" pots.

Chives are in 4 packs-will be a bit more expensive than other herb 4packs-but we can cut them to individuals.

Not listed here. is 3.5" pot of Rhubarb.

While we sold a lot of baskets over the weekend-we still have plenty coming!!! Including Dads new favorite, the double purple million bell. And the citronella mixed baskets are still growing.

Other big hits were the new gaillardia, new flowery mosquito plant, the new pink cloud petunia. While our mandevilla are still on the smaller side-we’ve heard many people say they love it since ours actually grow! We don’t use chemicals to make our flowers branch and stay small and “perfect”. We do it the old fashioned way. Pinching by hand or scissors.

How is it middle of May already?

Homegrown Asparagus, Rhubarb, Snacking Cukes, & Apples!

Produce is sky high right now, so the boxes may seem a bit skimpier than usual.

I did add more plants to the website, but if you want to order plants by email, you are welcome! You can email yagerfarmsny.com for a list(right now it doesn't include perennials). I will be trying to add it to website, but I will be super busy with markets this weekend for North Tonawanda & Rochester on Sunday-so it may not happen. You can always email a wish list and I can go through it and I can let you know what we have from your list. Pickup for plants only, can be Tue, Wed, & Thu at the greenhouses. If you order for delivery, please send any lists asap and I will go through it Monday. (Put plant order as subject if you remember!)

Brunnera!!

We will have these for sale...they still need a little growing up to do. They don't look like much in their pots, but they get beautiful blue flowers in spring/early summer and their leaves get a bit bigger.

We have three planted at my parents and they've looked beautiful every year. They like a bit shadier of an area, perfect for my parents who are surrounded by trees on three sides.

**Please ignore the w**d to the right! We've been so busy in the greenhouses we haven't w**ded our own gardens yet!!

These pics were taken in our greenhouses from previous years-until I can hopefully get out my good camera to take some pics for this year.

The weather will be chilly but warm in the greenhouses. Let's hope mother nature decides she wants to warm up!

I am still working on adding Perennials from Weber's Greenhouses and some plants from us to the website and won't finish until tomorrow. I will add another post with boxes and plants. But for those who just want boxes, I want to add this tonight.

Why are our tomatoes dry? Dad likes to make them suffer a little bit to make them stronger.

The trick is to know when and how much to let them suffer and what plants can take it.

This is what Dad taught me as I grew up: suffering will make you stronger. Sometimes, though, I think he just enjoyed torturing me!

Citronella mixed with flowers in a basket? I did take off flowers before planting so it focuses on growing right now-so you'll have to guess what I put in. I only have done 4 so far, but may do more.

You do need to rub the leaves so you get the scent out there to help deter mosquitos. Your neighbors will think you really love your plants!!🤣
