Then and now.. this is how old our babies were when Jeremiah first mentioned he thought we could make it work as a full time farmer. Leaving behind the full time consistency of a booming construction business was scary, but if there is one thing I know without a shadow of a doubt it is this 👉Jeremiah is the hardest working man I know. Yes, it was as good as it looks. 🥰 We started a meat smoking tradition for Christmas three years ago and there will be no turning back! I remember when I used to despise smoked meat. It was dry and smokey(duh) and just blah…. But that was all before Wagyu and Recteq pellet smokers. WOW AM I THANKFUL NOW. I fact I love it so much I fore go the sides to inhale the meat 😉
