Before the cake bar, before the cake in a can, Lil Layers, cookie pies and community events, there were mini donuts.

Those little donuts were the very beginning of Mimi's Minis—the treat that inspired a dream, sparked a business, and introduced me to so many wonderful customers along the way.
Today, as I look back through these photos, I'm reminded of where it all started: simple ingredients, homemade goodness, and a passion for creating treats that bring people together.
