I can’t believe this is the final menu of May. We just hit five months open at our West Street spot. Thank you for your support in this thing. We love what we do. It kind of feels like we’ve been open for 50 months.

We’ve decided to run a couple of the favorites this week. Just some flavors that consistently speak to us.

This cannoli cruffin is simple but packs a punch. It’s buttery, flaky, creamy and damnit if those mini chips don’t just make a person happy. We’ve run this as a danish lately, but this cruffin is the OG.

Strawberry lemon is one of the brightest flavors around this time of year. Karen, our croissant queen, requested this and after shaping a couple hundred thousand croissants, we feel like she deserves this one.

Coconut cream cheese danish is still one of the best “simple” danish we have. It needs no help. Coconut stands alone. BONUS- it doesn’t taste like sun tan lotion.

Raspberry tile because who do we think we are ever taking it off our menu. Sorry.

Blueberries must be one of the most purchased fruits in all bakeries, ever. They go with everything. Mangos included.

We’re running the roasted tomato danish again. If you like this thing, tell your friends. If it doesn’t sell this week, we’re discontinuing it like Trader Joe’s does.

Black berry oat shortbread bars are exactly what this world needs more of. And we remove the seeds so you don’t have to work hard after you eat them.

Apples are so delicious. Go ahead and try this buckle on for size.

PUMPKIN IN MAY. WE’RE DOING IT AND YOU CAN’T STOP US. HANNAH DEMANDED THIS.

We hardly ever do plain chocolate muffins. Nothing else, just the most delicious muffin.

One of the best soda water flavors of all time is cherry-lime. So this cookie must be the GOAT. Shelbo! Another banger.

Old bay cheddar sourdough toasted with a heavy slab of Kerrigold butter. Enjoy.

Love you.

We’re getting very close to crab season and the Old Bay Cheddar loaf is starting to sound REAL GOOD. It’s here and it’s delicious toasted, especially with huge slabs of butter.

We wanted an excuse to make an adorable cruffin and this lemon meringue was on the top or our list. It is perfectly tart and is toasted beautifully.

We can’t get away from how great bananas tastes on our croissant dough. The bananas foster danish is a banger, but this banoffee is a real one. The depth of the toffee is WOWOWOW.

Speaking of foster, its strawberries turn to shine. Same base, same cream, different fruit.

Roasted grape tomatoes, basil oil, a little savory cream. Basically bruschetta, but not basic at all.

Apricots are such a classic danish flavor. In fact, it’s the oldest danish flavor in the world. Literally made that up, but it could be true.(For sure not true.)

Cream cheese danish with pistachio graham filling is elevated to the max. Not too fancy, just special.

Bryce said some dude wanted the raspberry shortbread bar with lemon glaze on it and honestly it’s genius.

We know that this cookie is not the classic. That’s why we call it BMB Berger cookie. GIVE US GRACE AND ENJOY THE SPIN OFF.

Caramel, pecan, chocolate ganache. On a chocolate muffin. Hello turtle boy.

Raspberry lime scones haven’t been on this menu in a minute. Shelbo brought some fresh ideas.

Please keep an eye out for Memorial Day specials at each individual store. We’re gonna have some Rando stuff..
We love y’all so much.

We went decadent last week for the moms and this week we’re going fruity. SO MUCH FRUIT. Moms, feel free to eat this week too.

Raspberry white chocolate is a very “ooooo” flavor combo. We typically reserve it for Valentines Day, but Hannah Hixson wanted it and damnit she deserves it.

Shelbo, has this blackberry crumble on lock. Think cobbler, but bigger and better. And you eat with your hands which is 10/10.

Banana chocolate chip scones are good and you all don’t respect them. Now we’re putting them on every single menu until you learn to love them. EXPOSURE THERAPY

Apple danish are more than just tasty fall treats. This is an all year round flavor that tastes like a freshly baked apple pie.

Every time we do something with the classic Tiramisu flavors I say the same thing. All the good without anything soggy.

We have an inside joke within the kitchen, that when we don’t know what to put on a menu we always end up at blueberry lemon. It’s for good reason. It’s DELICIOUS.

Hannah’s Greek roots do be popping in this danish. I often joke that things are family recipes…this is actually one of Hannah’s family recipes.

Hummingbird just keeps coming back on this menu. We bake it, you eat it and everybody is happy!

The Olympic chocolate muffin might be passé in name, but this is one of the best chocolate muffins we make. Very on brand in flavor.

Cherry shortbread bars are perfectly tart, sweet and buttery. If you’re feeling crazy, bring one home, buy a pint of Haggen dazs vanilla ice cream and make a big ole bowl with the shorty in it. You’ll be happy.

Corn cookies are an unsuspecting favorite. Most people think savory when it comes to corn—not us! We don’t follow rules!

Garlic herb sourdough just makes sense for this time of year. Our whole kitchen smells like Bertuccis when it’s being made, and honestly who wouldn’t want their kitchen to smell like a top 50 pizza chain from the late 90’s.

Love you, big.

Brunch plans? Handled. Come celebrate Mother’s Day and the glorious return of Annapolis sunshine with a perfect “MOM” menu. Feeling fruity? Chocolatey? A little dramatic? We’ve got you. Also, nothing says “I love you, Mom” like sugar, butter, and not having to do the dishes. Swipe to check the menu out.

I don’t know about you, but if I were a mom, I’d want a Boston cream cruffin in my house by 7AM. can I get an amen?

This s’mores cream bun is dope because it’s huge and you don’t smell like smoke after you eat it.

Sweet meets tangy in this GOAT danish. It’s bright, bold and moms all across the world love this thing.

Jessica loves this danish and I love Jessica, therefore, I love this danish. Lemon pomegranate for this incredible mom.

Standard french toast in bed? Gross, sounds sticky. French toast DANISH in bed? That sounds incredible.

We’ve been keeping a close eye on how these tomatoes look so we can start this danish again. It’s delicious and is for the moms who want savory.

Moms deserve bananas foster and that’s that.

A nostalgic classic that’s impossible to eat without smiling. This brown sugar pop tart is for Kali. Another one of the moms of BMB.

Kali gets two things this year. Peanut butter chocolate cakes are high on her list as well. Thank her when you get a minute.

Liane’s pastry options typically have boxed wine, but this week we get to eat passion fruit berry scones because of her. She’s a real one.

Lemon snickerdoodles are a citrusy twist on a classic favorite. You know this one and your mom loves it for sure.

Mother’s Day can be a hard day for some. Come to us exactly where you are and we’ll make sure you get some love here. We’re so grateful. Love you.

Hello sweet friends. We love you all. Thank you for choosing to stand in our line and eat our food. We love making it and serving you.

It’s Cinco de Mayo and we are bringing the bangers back. Also please stop saying cinco de drinko! Fifth of drinking doesn’t make sense. Maybe say drinko de mayo. Actually don’t.

Dulce de leche is a treat for all ages. It’s like caramel, but with a deeper bite. We’re mixing it with vanilla pastry cream to give you the bite you know and love.

The strawberry and coconut danish is a well rounded and familiar flavor. The creaminess of the coconut and the sweetness of the strawberries is reminiscent of strawberries and cream.

We don’t use mangoes enough. They deserve more. This is mangoes time to shine. Do you remember Chris Kattan playing MANGO? That’s how I’m pronouncing this.

Street corn danish is savory, creamy, a little ZESTY—yes, corn belongs on a danish and yes, it’s amazing.

Margarita danish have been on this menu before. Sweet blackberries with a citrusy kick. No tequila, but it’ll still feel like celebrating. Liane most likely has some Cuervo her mug if you’re really needing that nipper.

Crispy and cinnamon-sugar coated danish. Basically a churro, but also happens to speaks French.

Raspberry tiles-Classic, tart, and jam-packed with raspberry goodness. A forever favorite for a reason.

This shortbread bar is back. Erin needed to re-up her freezer. Bright, buttery, and perfectly zingy. It’s like sunshine, but in dessert form.

Mexican hot chocolate warm the gizzards. This muffin has rich chocolate with a warm hint of spice. It’s a hug in your mouth. Don’t love that visual, but we stand behind the sentiment.

We are taking extreme creative liberties with this weeks scone. Sopaipilla scones are not crispy fried dough, but they are light, fluffy, and can be eaten in 3 bites. Cinnamon and honey are wonderful together.

We’re mashing up snickerdoodles and alfajores. Honestly, dulce de leche and coconut could go on anything. In fact, they should go on everything.

Jalapeño cheddar sourdough is around for another week. You’re welcome. It’s the GOAT.

We’re so grateful. Love you.

I hope you all are ready for the best menu of the week.

The lavender lemon cruffin is lightly sweet, slightly floral, and just felt right for this week. We’re getting close to lemonade season and this combo at is lights out.

Pistachio chocolate cream buns are about the closest we’ll get to Dubai chocolate. Dark chocolate meets toasted pistachio pastry cream.

This cherry danish has a generous filling of tart cherries and danish cream. Sweet, tangy, and perfectly crunchy.

You all know this one. Vanilla cream cheese frosting drizzled with honey. Soft, mellow sweetness.

This is legit fancy pizza. Danish cream, tomato sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, whipped ricotta and hot honey. This one leans boldly into its savory side.

Strawberry brown sugar is a classic BMB flavor. Strawberries and brown sugar could be one of the best food couples of 2026.

Fresh blueberries and lime curd. This one is in honor of Earth Day. A little blue, a little green in a circle danish. Inspo-.

We’re keeping the nostalgia alive this week with a blueberry pop tart bar. Bryce has been asking for this everyday for last 12 years. Yes it will have SPRANKLES.

It’s strawberry season and you know what that means. This shortcake muffin is absolutely delicious. Fresh fruit is just the best, isn’t it?

Maple chocolate chip scones are for the office worker on the go that really just wants pancakes. This will absolutely scratch that itch.

Berry cheesecake buckles is like a crumb cake layered with cheesecake filling, swirled with mixed berry preserves and finished with a streusel.

Warm, spiced carrot cake in “muffin” form. It’s packed with shredded carrots so it has just the right amount of veggies for your whole day.

Jalapeño cheddar is back and is actually pretty spicy for this time of year. Don’t forget—You can totally get your breakfast sandwich on this bread if we have some left.

Ok, see ya. Love you.

Hello good people of Maryland. Tomorrow marks 4 years of your absolutely humbling support of our brick and mortar endeavors. We are so grateful for this community. Our menu this week has favorites, and also call backs to week one. Enjoy. We love you.

This week’s cruffin = A croissant and muffin had a tropical vacation fling and this is their successful child—flaky, fruity, and living its best life. You know we have to bring passion fruit into this.

This cream bun is simple and approachable. Vanilla pastry cream and deep, rich caramel. Throwback to the simpler times and still one of the favorites.

Bright, zesty, and just tangy enough to make your mouth water before your next bite. This key lime danish has been around for a minute and is a solid top ten treat.

Fresh fruit danish is basically a fruit salad… if that fruit salad got dressed and decided to be fancy for the evening.

Lem, rasp, pistach. A chaotic trio that somehow works. was 100% right when she pitched this a couple years ago. I can’t believe I once vetoed this thing.

Italy and Denmark hooked up for this treat. Also, Hannah is in Italy and all she’s been talking about is cannolis this and cannolis that.

Rich, savory, cheesy, and a little dramatic. This is what brunch dreams about at night. Caramelized onions are a labor of love.

This raspberry shortbread bar has been in our family for generations. That’s not true, but it feels good to say. This bar is really, really good.

The Fauxstess cupcake (muffin) really needs no intro. It’s a lunchbox icon, all grown up and making better life choices.

Maple blueberry scone. It’s basically a hug in baked form. And it’s Liane’s favorite and the BMB queen gets what she wants.

This funfetti bun is an OG and was on the menu, week one, of Edgewater. It’s confetti, but edible, because joy should be baked directly into your day.

Jalapeño cheddar sourdough has been on our menu SO MANY TIMES and it’s for good reason. Spicy, savory, sturdy enough for a sandwich.

4 years of Edgewater
3 years of Port Annapolis.
One million years to go.
Love you all.

We’re fast approaching the best time of year to cook in Maryland. We figure it out in the winter, but spring and summertime brings such life. I can’t say for certain, but I’m also pretty positive the sun makes us more creative.

The fruity stuff is coming easy so we wanted to come in hot with this tiramisu cruffin. We’ve done this flavor so many times before, but the crunch of this vessel makes it 10/10.

It doesn’t matter the season, apples are always close to our hearts. This dutch apple cream bun is like apple pie à la mode (so hard to say à la mode without a New York accent. Is that just me?)

Pina coladas are overrated drinks for sure, but this danish has all the good. No liquor, but I think we all know who has some in her desk.

Fancy pizza roll? Yes please.

We’re sticking with the strawberries because they’re INCREDIBLE right now. And who doesn’t want a strawberry shortcake danish?

Tom has been on a blueberry honey kick for two weeks because he heard that it keeps you healthy. We trust his source.

Our french toast danish is a simple take on the classic. We zhouzz it up with a cream cheese filling, but maple and cinnamon are musts.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jammies have the depth that we all search for. It hits all the flavor receptors across the whole tongue.

hooked it figure it out help me help a brother out up with this raspberry buttercream and it looks gorgeous on this chocolate “muffin.”

Banana chocolate scones FOR LYFE!

Pesto sourdough is still here this week I must say it’s divine when grilled.

So grateful for our people. Love you all very big.

Spring menus = Pastels and bright, beautiful flavors. And some nods to the Easter bunny.

People from Boston really love eating cream filled pastry in the spring. They call them- “Eastah treats.” Right

We never seem to make it to the REAL cherry blossoms, but there is that one tree next to the dumpster in Edgewater and damnit it’s real to us. This danish is an ode to our trash tree and the ones in DC.

Cadbury eggs (and Hansel) are so hot right now. They look like adorable little nests on this cream bun. Chocolate pastry cream inside. Very, VERY cute. Heads up- Katie is hooking it up with the Cadbury cookies from our GF kitchen.

Two carrots on one menu. A sweet (scone) and a savory (danish) because we want you guys to experience their full versatility. There’s a reason carrots have been around this long.

We have hot cross buns! Orange, cinnamon and raisins, brushed with simple syrup. , let Brendon buy a recorder please.

We’re officially entering rhubarb season and first up is this danish. A little strawberry rhubarb for the people.

Alma has wanted pear almond for two weeks. We bought pears two weeks ago and they are finally ripe. Pear people, why does it take so long? PLEASE! HELP!

Imagine if we took our chocolate chip cookies, mixed in white chocolate and pink chocolate(this is a real and not artificial) and then made blondies.

Midnight muffin is BACK. Don’t be fooled by the name, you can eat this anytime of day- but choose wisely, eating after midnight might be a bad move. Brooke?

Lemon pound cake was brought to our attention by Afroman.

It’s getting awfully close to grilling season again and therefore sourdough grilling season. Make your people happy—grill this one and then put so much butter on it that you’ll need a second mortgage.

Thanks for loving us so big. And thank you to the 13 people that still read this every week.

Breakfast made by somebody else hits different. Whether you’ve been up since five working out or negotiating with little humans about the color of their socks, we got you.

We’re jumping into strawberry season this week. You’ve all spoken and fruit cruffins are the clear winner. Strawberries, lemons, vanilla bean this week.

Orange cream buns are our attempt to pull us closer to warmth. These up and down temperatures are really chapping our behinds.

Salami and provolone pinwheels are a sprinkle of Italy rolled inside of France. Don’t love the way that sounds, but I’m sticking with it.

It’s been three weeks since our last raspberry tile and that is far too long.

Speaking of too long—Bananas foster. She’s back.

Blackberry preserves, lime sugar, sweet cream swirls. Think fruit bun, but better. Finished with fresh blackberries. Inspo goes to .and.crumble

We all agreed that we needed something decadent and what’s more decadent than chocolate and caramel?

Oh, wait, this pecan bar might be more decadent. YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT, PEOPLE. ITS PECAN BAR SEASON.

This hummingbird buckle is for our homie and OG truck queen, Kristin. Pineapple, banana, cream cheese frosting and toasted pecans.

This chocolate muffin is always a banger and you’re crazy if you don’t like it. CRAZY! Chocolate, chocolate and a little more chocolate. Perfect with coffee.

Scones have to be really good to not have fruit in them. This coconut lime scone is exactly that. It’s REALLY good.

Adam, are you ready for your chai snickerdoodle? It’s here. You’re welcome.

Everything sourdough is back for the second week. This bread may make the everyday menu soon. It’s that good. Get your breakfast sandwich on it this week.

Love you all.

Sometimes we put the sourdough special first because its amazing and needs the moment and everything sourdough deserves this moment.

When we don’t feel like baking for our families, we go to Whole Foods and buy the Berry Chantilly Cake. The Cruffin this week is our BMB take. You’re going to love this thing.

We always had Java Chip ice cream in our freezer growing up and I didn’t appreciate it until it was too late… This cream bun has mocha pastry cream and chocolate chunks and we all get a second chance at love.

Baklava flavors have found their way onto most of our menus these days. Honey, orange and pistachio is a trifecta worth keeping around.

Remember the viral cookie croissant we couldn’t get behind? Turns out it was just the shape and this danish is more our speed.

Back to back spinach danish? Is BMB going healthy?

Strawberry kiwi Snapple was arguably the best drink of the late 90’s. This danish is arguably better than that drink, but still not better than SURGE.

Is there a better combo than peanut butter and chocolate?

Honey almond may actually be better. It’s familiar and just the right amount of sweet.

Whenever Hannah gets her hands on menus, you better believe that you’ll be seeing something “cherry berry goat.”

Lemon Snickerdoodles come back when we see steady sunlight in the forecast.

Bottom line: We don’t give the shortbread enough credit. We always cover it up with stuff. Not this week. Do your thing shortbread. LIVE YOUR LIFE

We love you all very much.
