We are super confused right now and our menu is all over the board. Some early summer and some late fall flavors. Sue us.

We’re giving a shoutout to our gluten free team and our GF head baker, Katie. Firstly, we love having the opportunity to safely feed people for whom eating out can be a struggle. Secondly, this has been a very personal journey for Katie and our family, as three of our family members have celiac disease. We are incredibly grateful for your support and love. We can’t wait to one day be able to offer of our GF items at each of our locations. For now, visit us at West St, Port Annapolis, and the Severna Park food truck on the weekends.

The apple cruffin doesn’t fall far from the tree. I don’t know what that means in this particular context, but it sounds funny. Honeycrisp preserves, thiccc pastry cream.

We used to offer passion fruit pastries weekly, but we caught the drift and now we only run PF when we are in love with an idea. For this cream bun, think fruit on the bottom yogurt, but it’s fruit on top and it’s better than Yoplait.

Joe had some heirloom tomatoes and we jumped all over em. Yellows, reds, pinks. September is the best time for these delightful little fruits.

THIS IS THE LAST OF THE LOCAL PEACHES!

We are getting figgy with it again. Na na na na na na na. You do the intonations.

This is a loose interpretation of Baklava…Pistachios, many spices, oranges and cream cheese frosting.

The tiramisu danish is a classic for us. No lady fingers, just perfect chocolate espresso pastry cream and mascarpone, on some layered decadence.

Pecan shortbread bars slap all day, everyday and that’s just facts.

Blueberry lemon. Is it inspired? Maybe not, but is it delicious? You better your ass it is.

Tom used to make a Brooklyn blackout cake for our birthdays every year and now you get to eat it for breakfast, you sly little doggies.

Cinnamon raisin scones have never been on our menu and that’s a crying shame.

Adam and Leah! It’s chai snickerdoodle season. Tell your friends and families. It’s party time.

ET sourdough is back!

Love you mucho,

Hi everybody. This is your reminder to get a brekkie sandwich and walk around Port Annapolis Marina; it’s serene. Unless fork lifts are maneuvering a 10 ton boat and then it’s entertaining. Let’s get into this menu. We’re talking to you, Kupstas team.

White chocolate is VERY sweet on its own and there is no getting around it. We know that so we’re adding a bunch of tart berries to even that out.

Bananas have a bad rap and frankly do not get the love that they deserve. People just write em off as the potassium kings. Nobody talks about how perfect of a dessert they make. This cream bun is LIGHTS OUT. Bonus: it’s the only fruit that you can pretend is a phone.

Honey almond danish only comes out for special occasions. The occasion this week: We love you.

Fall flavors are creeping in and caramel apples certainly fit into that category. This is a beautiful danish and honestly the best part is you don’t have to eat it off a stick.

Strawberries, graham crust and vanilla pastry cream belong together always and forever.

BLUEBERRY DANISH POP OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT AND ARE CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS. I don’t mean to yell, I just feel strongly about this.

Cherry shortbread bars never miss either. Damnit this menu is good.

Holy s**t, cookies and cream muffins too? We make the Oreos, then we crush them and then we mix them into buttercream for that classic C&C look. You guys are really getting a perfect menu this week.

If you don’t want to make breakfast for your kids this week, come grab this chocolate chip scone. It has a maple glaze and kind of tastes like a pancake.

BMBerger cookies are an ode to the classic. They’re different, but they’re also insanely delicious.

Everything sourdough is back! A nice little bagel-y bite for the people.

Love you.

What up! took some country loaves out into the wild for a photo shoot. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! She’s a real one.

Does anybody disagree with the statement: “strawberry lemonade is delicious?” I don’t think that’s bold. Imagine that pop of flavor, but in a cruffin.

This week’s cream bun is for all the people who love decadence and caramel. And I’m pretty sure it’s pronounced “douche de louche”

A little more fall for the people. Slow cooked apples! We cook them in their own juices to concentrate that flavor. Apple confit for those fancy folks.

We’re getting figgy wit it this week. Local figs do be poppin. Thank you, for the funny Will Smith reference. And no, we won’t slap you or Chris Rock

KEY LIME DANISH IS BACK, BABAY. About 260 of you have asked in the last 2 weeks.

We loved the raspberry pistachio muffin so much that we recycled the idea for a second week and honestly, this is better.

Goat cheese deserves a better rep. Don’t be afraid, it’s honestly delightful-We sweeten it a bit and the peach idea is from Mama

Pop tart bars are dope and every time we run them I wonder why we don’t have them on the menu in perpetuity.

Listen, this midnight muffin is just a cupcake and I’m tired of lying to you all. Eat it and you should feel everlasting joy.

Berry and citrus have solidified themselves as the greatest scone combo of all time. This blackberry orange scone has bits of candied oranges and chunks of blackberries that will wow your pants right off.

Bryce, thank you for all of your hard work. We’ve decided to start paying you only in lemon snickerdoodles starting tomorrow.

Old Bay sourdough for the FINAL WEEK OF SUMMER. Get it while the gettin is good!

Love you.

As this season winds down and we enter our 2nd week of the month of Sunday (August is just one long Sunday), let’s take some time to enjoy the flavors of summer. Maybe good food can slow time down a little bit.

I’ve never met anyone who HATES s’mores. Maybe indifference? To which I would say, I understand completely. I would NOT understand if you didn’t like this cruffin.

Fresh fruit piled up to the roof on this cream bun. A lot of berries with a little extra fruit to zhoozzh it up.

We can’t get enough of these tomatoes. They are literally bursting with flavor. We are letting the fruit do the talking with this danish.

Passion fruit vanilla cream inside, with fresh passion fruit on top. The only thing that makes this danish better is that the passion fruits are from MY COUSIN’S FARM IN CALIFORNIA.

OPM is by far the best juice from Trader Joe’s. Turns out that orange, peach, mango danish are just as delicious. Eating is generally better than drinking. Right, Liane?

Corn! Specifically street corn! Is delicious. Cilantro, cotija, chipotle, and fresno peppers are just accompaniments to this corn. This corn do be corning.

Peach blueberry is a winning combination regardless of how you choose to eat it. is still supplying these peaches and wow!

The peaches and cream scone is another banger pastries brought to you by local peaches.

These raspberry pistachio muffins are giving us life. They’re decadent and the tart raspberry gives you the perfect zing.

We’re bringing out the big guns with this espresso chocolate muffin. It’s an OG from the truck and it NEVER MISSES.

We’re going to run this old bay cheddar loaf right into deep August. It’s a great bread to close out our summer. A little spicy, a little ZESTY, and totally nostalgic.

Love you all very much. Come in and say hi to us this week.

Greetings greater Annapolis! Firstly, in case you’ve forgotten, we love you. Secondly, our menu conversations are staring to trend towards fall flavors. We are trying to stay on track, but you might see some autumnal shout outs.

Blueberry lavender is a fruity little combo. We infuse a hint of lavender into the pastry cream so it doesn’t taste like your eating flowers. It’s more like fruit loops. You’ll love it. Just eat it.

Cannolis have never been on a BMB menu, but we’ve done a lot of croinnolis. This cream bun is loaded with those adorable little chocolate chips. ADORABLE!

Bacon and caramelized onions with melted Gruyère is one of life’s best trios.

Peaches are back. Huh? what?

One of the best dishes on earth is coconut sticky rice with fresh fruit. This strawberry coconut danish delivers a similar punch. Or if you’re bougie, this is a deconstructed pink drink from Starbucks.

You know this orange pistachio danish and you love this orange pistachio danish. It’s reminiscent of baklava. Sweet, crunchy, nutty, and fruity.

I’m not sure there’s a more Danish-y Danish than cherry. It’s a classic. We’re adding a little cheesecake-iness to top it off. This one is a winner.

Chocolate muffins with butter cream and fresh fruit are totally still muffins. They’re not cupcakes. We close at 2 so we totally don’t serve dessert.

Blueberries and raspberries in one scone. Yeah, that’ll work.

Kali gets this brown sugar pop tart bar a few times a year and it never misses.

White chocolate snickerdoodles are the cookie of the week. These are like the scones from a couple weeks ago, but are legit snickerdoodles. WOW!

Rosemary sourdough back for week two. If you like when your house smells like delicious fresh bread, then you’ll love this.

We had very few details worked out when we started the food truck 6 years ago. Having good food was up there, but the bigger idea was to invite people into our lives and share some of the things that make us happy. And Covid was lonely so this was just as much an outlet for us as it was for you all. Thanks for coming along on this ride with us.

The menu this week started out as a throwback to all the favorites, but the favorites have changed drastically in six years.

The cruffin is a play on Neapolitan ice cream. Vanilla pastry cream, strawberry preserves and chocolate ganache.

, this cream bun is for you. Happy birthday! You didn’t ask for it, but you imply often that you’ll boycott our business if we don’t run this. Also, I have no idea when your birthday is.

Spicy ricotta is loosely based off of my favorite pizza.. It’s a big wow. Tomato sauce, pepperoni, ricotta, hot honey.

Raspberry tiles are good. The perfectly ripe raspberry, with the sweetest of creams and the flaky danish dough. So easy to eat 12 of these.

We made preserves with peaches from , added some blueberries and now this is the greatest danish of all time.

Strawberry Kiwi Snapples were the best, so actually this danish is the greatest danish, modeled off of drinks from the 90’s. Fresh fruit is shockingly delicious.

Confetti bun is coming in HOT. We run this for very special days. 6 year Annie feels special enough.

Maple cinnamon anything tastes like French toast. Come get this French toast.

Zangs peaches are also making an appearance in these peach scones. They really are the best peaches. Crazy we have peaches this delicious, this close to home.

We can’t have a “favorites menu” without pecan bars. Buttery, gooey, nutty perfection.

Fauxstess “muffins” are the truth! Very approachable for your first time eating cupcakes for breakfast.

Jiji got this whole business started by delivering sourdough to people’s doorsteps. Country was the favorite, but rosemary followed closely behind. We use fresh herbs and it’s perfectly subtle. People, go get kerrygold butter and enjoy a delightful piece of toast.

Helllllllooooooo!

Quick note: We are so incredibly grateful for the way that you treat our staff. In a world of impatience and lack of empathy, you see us. We all feel loved, appreciated and respected. We know we only sell pastry, but we think food is a powerful tool. Come sit at our table, we’ve got plenty of seats.

This week’s menu is all about fruit. So much fruit. Yes, chocolate and some spices, but mostly nature candy.

>>> Swipe to check it out.

Shout out to George for this Dutch apple cream bun. Also, this might be the best apple pastry we do. Although take that with a grain of salt because I often say stuff like that.

A cruffin with cinnamon pastry cream inside and tossed in cinnamon sugar. Might not be exactly what you imagine for a churro, but it’ll scratch that itch.

Peaches will be on these menus for the next couple of months especially now that we are entering local peach time. The brown sugar really enhances the peach on this one.

Orange you glad were are doing bananas foster again.

Last week I had a polar soda water that really hit the spot and I think Annapolis needs to have it in Danish form.

Spanakopita hasn’t popped off lately. Spinach, green onion, dill, mint, and feta all baked on a buttery danish. Classic flavors, new vessel.

This citrus shortbread bar is the perfect after breakfast sandwich treat. Substantial, light and full of flavor.

A cake with fresh preserves, cheese cake filling and brown sugar streusel. I’m not sure a breakfast cake needs anything else.

Hummingbird muffin for all our loyal folks out there who support us now matter what, but really only want one thing from us.

Orange and chocolate scones have the perfect ratio of fruit to chocolate. This is actually a nice intro into the fruit and chocolate arena if you’re afraid.

Speaking of fruit and chocolate! This Black Forest cookie has deep, rich flavors from the cookie AND the cherry preserves. That double deep.

Garlic Sriracha sourdough is back for its second week. I’m hopeful you all took it home and made grilled cheeses on it. If you forgot, this week is your week.

Love you very much.

Mid-July, wow. Summer is in full swing and honestly, this always feels like our sweet spot. Ideas flock like the salmon of Capistrano. has a running menu sheet of flavor ideas that we’re heavily pulling from this week.

The cruffin is a loose interpretation of our baklava. Pistachios, honey, orange. It’s got all the usual suspects, just presented a little bit differently.

Cream buns haven’t been popping off like they have in the past and now we’re bringing out the big guns. Fudgey ganache in the base, chocolate pastry cream, shaved chocolate on top. It sounds heavy, but this thing eats like ice cream.

Vanilla honey danish for all those cheese danish folks. Classic and delectable.

Pepperoni pinwheels haven’t been here in a minute. They have a familiar taste, like pizza, but wrapped up in a fancier bow.

Cherries and blackberries team up to deliver a once in a lifetime performance in this weeks episode of “GOAT DANISH.”

Plums are one of the reasons why we love summer so much. They’re sweet, tart and check all the boxes. Plums do some heavy lifting.

Lemon drop danish do not have alcohol in them. Liane should have some Limoncello lying around the bakery somewhere though.

Shortbread bars, add strawberry, add cinnamon add brown sugar. You’re welcome.

The chocolate cookies this week are the crinkle cookies from our holiday packs. “Christmas in July” as one might say. We pulled the mint out.

These coconut candied cashews deserve the world and if you all don’t eat the muffins this week we’ll drive around to all of your houses and throw them through your front windows.

Chocolate chip pancake muffins are back. Maple, chocolate deliciousness.

Hannah Hixson with the chai scone. This will hit that chai snickerdoodle hankering. AND ITS MORE BREAKFASTY SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO FEEL SHAME FOR EATING THREE A DAY.

Garlic Sriracha Racha is mild. We roasted the garlic to cut a bit of the sharpness out. Take this home and make yourself a grilled cheese sandwich. Please.

Love you.

This Saturday is free Slurpee day and that’s something that we should all look forward to and celebrate.

Swipe to check out this week’s special menu.

Lemons and strawberry are such a nice sweet and sour bite. The cruffin is merely a vessel for this glorious combo.

Somebody reminded me of how unbelievably delicious salted caramel cream buns are and now they’re here. This is one of the better things in life.

Coconut cream danish is a nice cold treat. Tom loves a good pie flavored danish and this is one of the best.

Speaking of Tom, he came in with some BANGER IDEAS this week. Blackberry orange danish. Fresh to death with blackberries, orange cream and zest.

Tom also demanded a raspberry chocolate scone and damnit if it isn’t one of the best we’ve done. It’s a sexy scone that we typically save for sexy days like Earth Day or Thanksgiving.

The midnight chocolate muffin is very much back on the scene. Shelby’s buttercream is THE BEST.

OK, back to danish. We love the idea of cobbler, so we’re coming back with cherry cobbler this week. Summertime cherries are the bomb.

Summertime tomatoes are probably better though. The grape tomatoes on this Caprese danish might be sweeter than those cherries, but in a totally appetizing way.

Moving right along with the fruit, BLUEberries. My favorite part about blueberries is that they are all different varieties and you can get a sweet one next to a tart one in the same package. That’s science.

We’re gonna keep the peaches rolling because they’re a wonderful summertime treat as well. Isn’t Summer the best?

Hannah‘s cornbread cookie is a winner 100% of the time.

Lastly, don’t sleep on the jalapeño cheddar sourdough. This is the real deal and is insanely tasty.. the jalapeños have not been very spicy this summer, so I think even children can eat this.

Happy 250th Birthday America.

Port Annapolis is open until 4 PM in the summer!

Bostonians rejoice as the creamiest dessert you offer is here this week. This is a terrible write up so far. Anywho, this Boston cream cruffin will make you feel patriotic.

Summertime s’mores are hot. Summertime s’mores cream buns are not. Ayyyyyyyy! Chocolate, graham cracker and toasted meringue.

Apple pie on the Fourth of July. But make a danish.

Cobble til you wobble. All SC peaches—keeping it classy and east coast. The peach chunks are the perfect texture.

We all loved the chocolate banana danish last week, but we all wanted to bananas foster back. It’s here. Caramelized goodness.

We need the red, white and blue element, but we don’t love excessive dyes. We are letting the berries show up for us on this berry vanilla boy.

Tomatoes and corn are some of the best summer delicacies in MD. They’re delicious on their own and together they make a full meal. This danish is BOMB. “Fireworks in your mouth”—Jess

JAMMIE BARS ARE HERE THIS WEEK.

HOLY S**T, PECAN STICKY BUNS ARE ALSO HERE THIS WEEK.

M&M’s on top of chocolate cake is so innovative. Try it here first before this trend blows up.

One of the OG skonkies is back by Hannah’s demand. We make the Oreos, crush them and mix them into our scone base. They are a labor of love and you’re worth it.

Jalapeño cheddar just feels like a good midsummer flavor. Make some sandos and bring them to the beach. Do we all eat as soon as we arrive at the beach?

Happy Fourth of July! I remember this country when it was just a toddler. They grow up so fast. Love you all
