for years, most of you have known me through Pint’s Peak.
before ice cream, I spent nearly a decade in restaurant kitchens.
on August 12, I’m returning to that world at Cimera - by cooking the kind of dinner I’d make if chef friends came over and stayed all evening.
Dinner at Mine is a one-night, 14-seat rooftop dinner built around shared plates, live-fire cooking, and thoughtful hospitality.
