This weekend, my heart is full of gratitude.
As we celebrate three years of serving the Edgewood community, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team standing beside me in these photos. These are not just employees. They are the people who carried this mission on their shoulders every single day.
When many large national grocery chains left this community, there was uncertainty about whether a grocery store could survive and thrive here. Together, we proved that Edgewood deserves investment, opportunity, and access to affordable groceries. We proved that this community matters.
Over the past three years, these remarkable individuals have shown up through long days, busy weekends, difficult challenges, staffing shortages, inventory counts, weather events, and everything in between. They greeted customers with smiles, stocked shelves late into the night, helped families stretch their grocery budgets, and treated our customers like neighbors and friends.
What many people don’t see is the sacrifice behind the scenes—the hard work, dedication, patience, and countless hours of effort that went into making Edgewood Grocery Outlet a place the community could depend on.

I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. Whatever success this store has achieved belongs not to one person, but to an entire team that believed in something bigger than themselves.
