We're heading into our busiest time of year. If you or someone you know is looking for a fun job loading meat into customer vehicles and filing meat away in our freezers, let us know! We're especially in need of help after school and on weekends from November through January, but we can start training before then. This could turn into a year-round part-time or full-time position if you want it to, or it can just be seasonal!

Looking to fill your freezer with high-quality quarters/halves of beef or half/whole hogs, but don’t know a farmer to buy from?

Here's the bad news for you: Our slaughter schedule is full for the rest of 2026 and therefore, we do not have any capacity until 2027 to sell "retail" quarters and halves.

Here's the good news for you: We normally have excess slaughter capacity from February through June, so once that time comes, we'll be able to line you up with locally raised quarter/half beef and half/whole hogs. Want to be the first to know when we can offer this again? Give us a call or send us a message to get on the waiting list and we'll give you a call in early 2027 when we have capacity again.

Don't want to wait that long? We understand. We have a retail area full of high-quality beef and pork. We also offer beef and pork bundles. In addition, check out our Bulk Beef Super Saver program to save up to 10% on our retail beef products!
