Should I choose Soup Bones or Beef Bones? 🤔📦

Either will work if you're making broth, but here are a few differences:

- Grass Fed Cattle Co. Beef Bones are primarily knuckle bones.
- Our Soup Bones have a few inches of meat surrounding the bones and the knuckle bones do not.
- There are less soup bones than beef bones per beef animal, so if you see soup bones in stock, order them quickly!

Scott raises our turkeys just a few hours from the Twin Cities! By living out on the land, they get sunlight, fresh air, and a drastically more diverse diet than barn-raised birds. Also, the bronze-breasted birds are slower-growing and develop a rich flavor you have to taste to believe! They eat certified organic feed and non-GMO, regeneratively-grown small grains from Scott's farm and partnering farms.
