Wow, what a weekend!! We just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all who came out & supported us & Clifford’s Hot Dog House! We feel very Blessed to have been supported by you all, with a great turn out, & the weather (considering it’s March) which wasn’t half bad! We hope you had a great time learning a little about the maple process & of course seeing the animals! Thank you also for visiting the neighboring sugar houses & the museum on the Maple Taste & Tour! We all appreciate your support

Wow! What a big day! Thank you so much to everyone who came out on this first day of the tour to support us and our family! We are overwhelmed with appreciation!

Unfortunately though, we have to report that we are SOLD OUT of maple-spiced elderberry jelly, cardamom lotion bars, and our elderflowers. None of those items will be available tomorrow, Sunday, on the tour.

There is still plenty of maple syrup, maple mustard, maple sugar, tallow skincare products, pepperoni rolls, some handmade soaps, aloe plants, and homemade granola.

It’s supposed to be a nice day tomorrow! We hope to see you.

We’ll have lots of our pure maple sugar ready for you this weekend!Try our sample of the Maple Whip we make using the maple sugar. It’s so easy to make! Just combine the sugar in this container with an 8oz. container of whipped topping, 8oz. of cream cheese & 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix well & you’ll have a light, fluffy, delicious cheesecake filling or a dip that is out of this world with fruit, graham crackers & even pretzels!
Come out to Crossingville & see us from 10-4 on Saturday & Sunday!
