A customer walked through our doors for the first time with one mission: try something they’d never had before—picanha!

They grabbed their cut, took it home, fired up the grill… and later sent us these pictures with a message saying just how GOOD it was. 🙌

There’s something pretty awesome about helping someone discover a new favorite cut—and even better when they take the time to come back and tell us about it!

Thanks for trusting us with your first picanha experience. We’re so glad it didn’t disappoint!

A Few Store Updates!

⏰ New Closing Time: Effective today, our closing time is changing from 7 PM to 6 PM. If you need something outside of our regular store hours, no worries! You can always reach out and place a special order with us.

🥩 Nicole got bored. 😂
Apparently recovering at home only lasts so long before she decides she needs to come into the shop! She stopped in early today to stock the case and put together some Grab & Go meals for you - then we kicked her out and sent her back to bed!

Since so many of you stopped in or reached out about Nicole - here's an update...

We’re happy to share that she was every bit as strong as we all knew she would be, and everything went well. She’ll spend a few days in the hospital and then the next several weeks recovering from the couch—but we doubt she’ll stay away from Meat & Moss for too long. 😉

She sends her deep appreciation for all the love, prayers, messages, and support. ❤️
