💓A terrible tragedy. Our hearts are broken for our friends, April & Rob.

Our dear co-workers, two of our Gore’s Meats work family, experienced a tragedy yesterday afternoon. Their home caught fire and they lost everything, including their four beloved dogs. Husband and wife, Rob and April, are hurting badly, and we invite you to join us as we show our love to these two community members and our friends. Their adult son, Trevor, is also part of the Gore’s Edinburg team and we cover his heart in prayer with his parents, as this loss is so great. Thank you for your support.

🚚We are hiring at our Gore's Edinburg Foltz Plant - looking for a delivery driver/pork room assistant!
This full time position is for a delivery driver and pork room assistant at our Gore's Meats location in Edinburg. You will help the pork room team break down hog carcasses, grind and mix sausage, package sausage, weigh and label bags, load delivery van, and safely and efficiently deliver products to stores and restaurants up and down the Shenandoah Valley. Handling payment of invoices is also a responsibility of this job as well as approaching potential new sales opportunities. We are looking for a high energy, outgoing person that will represent our company well in public. They will be responsible for handing cash or check on delivery as well as basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle (refill gas tank, attend oil changes, keep vehicle clean, alert manager when vehicle isn't preforming).
