🍲 In house cooked meals, one on one with Chef Caleb taking care of all of the prep, cooking and cleanup 👨‍🍳

🦃 🍁 🍂 THANKSGIVING 2026 menus will be out soon as well! We will be offering packages for pickup on Edisto Island 11/25 with reheating instructions. Whether you are looking for a whole meal, just a few sides or oven roasted turkey breast, we have you covered!

🏖️ Good afternoon from your friends at Edisto Catering co! 🦐

We have been booked straight through our busiest few week of the year for the 4th and July 🎆 and the Governor’s Cup Tournament 🎣. We would like to thank all of our repeat and new clients that booked with us during this time and we look forward to meeting with all of our clients that we have upcoming!

We have availability after 8/8 and are working hard get caught up on fall and spring menus and quotes this week. As we get ready for football and wedding season, please keep us in mind for all of your celebration 💒 and tailgate needs. 🏈

🦀 🦐 Did somebody say, juicy boil?!🦀 🌽 🥔

Feast your eyes on few action shots of our hot and ready drop off we delivered yesterday afternoon. These clients opted for our “Juicy” style snow crabs legs and Lowcountry boil 🦐 where we toss everything in our decadent garlic herb butter 🧈. Using only the freshest ingredients and Local Edisto Shrimp, the Juicy Crab House has nothing on us! 🫣 💅

✨ Hello everyone! ✨

We wanted to give a big thank you to the McLeod family for having us cater their rehearsal dinner last night! The rain held off just long enough and the venue was beautiful. Their menu included -

-Assorted hors d’oeuvres 🌟
- Southern fried chicken 🍗
-Pulled pork 🐖
- Peel and eat shrimp 🦐
- Mac n cheese 🧀
- roasted potatoes 🥔 
- roasted broccoli and asparagus 🥦

We have been busy in the kitchen! This week featured multiple weekday “hot and ready” drop off services, a 60th birthday bash last night, and the sponsor and donor appreciation luncheon for the Edisto Island Open Land Trust. We are taking some time for some much needed TLC tonight and will be back in office getting caught up on quotes, calls and emails tomorrow!
