What a weekend! We got to celebrate the marriage of my cousin Cole and his bride Kyndall. Our herd matriarch, Fame Monster SS, had her 2nd calf with us on Saturday, a little red heifer we’re excited to get a better look at soon. And my father retuned home 3 weeks early after a liver transplant, just in time to celebrate his birthday! We truly are so blessed to be able to celebrate new life in 3 different ways all in the same weekend. Thank you Lord, you are so good!

We are putting together 4 Beef Boxes 📦. Each box will contain a mix of 1/3 lb hamburger patties, roasts, steaks, and stew meat.

These are ideal for customers who would like to try our beef but aren’t accustomed to ordering local from a farm or ranch.

Each box will contain 25lbs of beef and will be $250.

Meet the Sullivan’s: The family behind GTS Ranch!

We’re Garrett and Tamara Sullivan, we have a 2 year old son, Maverick, and another baby boy coming in February 2023. The Lord has given our family a heart for breeding and raising the best quality Registered Texas Longhorns. Our operation came to life in January 2022 and has steadily grown over the last year. Our goal is to be able to offer beautifully colored, big horned, big bodied Longhorns and eventually quality Longhorn meat. We are so glad you found our page and look forward to serving your family in the future!
