Yay momma chicken!! And two other eggs have peck holes so more chicks to come!! 🥰 also Alyceea saved a lamb that got stuck in her soccer net which meant she got to snuggle a lamb!! 🥰 exciting day!!

New lambs are the cutest! This little one was very slightly stuck in the bale netting so I had to pick it up! 🥰

Silly chicken kind of day! We currently have about 3 broody chickens and one lazy one hitching a ride! 😂 I had to move this one into the barn so her nest doesn’t get flooded by the rain coming in. Hopefully she likes the up grade to her nest! I added hay to cover the sheep poo she was nesting on. 🫣😂

Check out the pollen sacks on these bees!! Went out to check the sorghum this morning and I thought there was a swarm in there until I looked up and saw all the happy honey bees!! They were everywhere!! An extra and unexpected bonus to growing this multi purpose crop! 🐝

The sweet sorghum is turning out nicely this year. We're going to make sorghum syrup.

Life is keeping us busy, we've decided for now it would be best to let our whole herd go. We've got 4 rams, 2 of which are registered. We also have 10 ewes, 6 registered. Descriptions in pictures, only missing a picture of 1 unregistered white ram, born 2/25/21 twin. Pm us for details!
