ANNOUNCEMENT! CRF will be having a neighborhood garage sale on Saturday, October 1st beginning at 8:00 AM. HOA will take care of advertising and signage. All you need to do if you wish to participate is set up at your residence! Thank you and happy selling!

HOA Meeting Announcement!
The annual meeting will be held Thursday, March 24 at 6pm in the Deer Creek Administration Building.

We strongly encourage at least one member of each household to attend as we will be discussing items that affect each of us as homeowners.

We are in need of volunteers to be on the board or committee for next year. Please consider volunteering your time. It only takes a few hours a month and it really does improve our wonderful neighborhood!

We hope to see you at the meeting!

By now you all should have received a letter in the mail from the HOA for your annual dues invoice. If you did not receive a letter please let us know!

We have just been informed road work will begin tomorrow. We are told it will last 5 days. Please DO NOT water your grass near the streets while work is being done and also, NO parking on the streets.

I have a friend looking for a house in CRF. Not that we want anyone to move...but you might be able to sell without listing. Message me (Keri Chessmore) and I'll pass along to her or send her an email (see below).

Anyone in the Rose Union area on at least .50 acres/3000sf+ thinking of selling?! We are trying hard to find a house but the inventory is SO limited! Especially Cedar Ridge Farms...Deer Creek Farms...Deer Creek Hills. If you haven't hit the market, give me a shout! My husband and I are both Realtors so we've seen everything on the MLS and most of the FSBO. Or if any of you DC Realtors have something coming soon, please keep us in mind. The "new entrance" construction that is taking place off of 220th will be a temporary entrance. This will be used while the county resurfaces and widens the entrance to the neighborhood. The entrance will be closed as early as this week and reopened when construction is complete. The temporary entrance will then be closed but gated for future use if necessary.
The county will also be resurfacing a large portion of our neighborhood roads. We do not know yet which roads and what the driving situation will be to each individual driveway; so please be patient as we know most of us are excited to have this project completed.
We were just informed of this planned construction last Thursday and were told it would be within the next 2 weeks. Apparently, now is the time!

FYI if you dog got out. There is a chocolate lab in the front part of the neighborhood...leather collar, no tags. Older with gray beard.
