An open letter to locally owned restaurants here in Oklahoma. Its no secret the economy is challenging , especially in the restaurant industry. Oftentimes getting folks in the door is over half the battle. So, I offer some perspective and a great marketing opportunity. Partner with me and purchase flats of gorgeous, flavorful, premium strawberries. Present it to your guests as a premium product that is literally being picked as we speak. You are partnering with the Conscious Community Co-op to bring these beautiful berries in and supporting another small farmer a few states away. Guests will feel special (as they should) and people are wanting to know that their money spent went towards an individual/farmer/ranchers. It isnt just trendy, its a shift in our culture and spending habits as people grow weary of being boxed in by large corporations that simply put do not give a damn about the person behind the money. Local is where its at and I would love to partner with you to bring quality and quantity to your restaurant and your guests. I believe together we can create an even more memorable dining experience.
