the best smoothies, bowls + juice in OKC? we’ll let you be the judge 💚

if you’re looking for healthy smoothies in OKC, not all of them are created equal. before your next smoothie run, ask these 6 questions:

1. is it made from a mix?
2. is your bowl just sorbet?
3. how much sugar was added?
4. is the juice pressed or spun?
5. is there science behind it?
6. are the superfoods real?

at pure green, our acai bowls are blended fresh with unsweetened acai (no sorbet), our cold-pressed juice has up to 5 lbs of produce + 0 grams added sugar in every bottle, and every ingredient comes with the research behind it.

we’re ed + susannah, a father-daughter, veteran-owned smoothie + juice bar in rose creek. same faces, every day 🌱

save this for your next smoothie run + send it to your smoothie buddy 🚗 drive-thru at 16613 Rose Creek Blvd

October, we drink pink for her 💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Pure Green OKC, your Rose Creek smoothie and acai bowl shop.

About 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Today there are more than 4 million survivors, and every single one of them is a fighter. To the strong, powerful women fighting right now, and the ones who fought before them: we see you, we’re cheering for you, and we’re so proud to stand beside you.

When breast cancer is found early, the 5-year survival rate is over 99%. So this month, book your screening, then remind a friend to book hers.

All October long, our Pink Dragon smoothie is 25% OFF with code FORHER 🐉💗 Pitaya (dragon fruit) for antioxidants, mango + pineapple for vitamin C, and coconut water for hydration. 280 calories, 13g fiber and 7g protein. No limit, so grab one for you and one for a woman who inspires you.

Use FORHER on the app or mention it in store, or swing through the drive-thru on Rose Creek Blvd in OKC.

Why OKC needs Pure Green 💚 Healthy smoothies, acai bowls and cold-pressed juice in Oklahoma City.

The stats might surprise you: Oklahoma ranks 45th in the nation for overall health, almost half of Oklahoma adults eat fruit less than once a day, and 1 in 8 have diabetes.

But here’s the good news. Oklahoma’s obesity rate just dropped for the first time since 1988, and we want to keep that momentum going.

That’s why we opened Pure Green in Rose Creek. Cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and acai bowls made fresh with real fruit and greens and no added sugar, right here in north OKC and Edmond. Plus a drive-thru for busy days 🚗
