I am forever in love with this salad. It reminds me of old Sunday brunch buffets in my hometown, and it's something I always want to eat this time of year. The phrase "pea salad" really isn't all that glamorous, haha. But I'm telling you, this is to die for! Recipe is in the comments. (Great for Easter!)
