W-7 Farms has grass fed and finished beef available throughout the growing season, and we are taking orders through 2021. Our Galloway cattle graze the pastures and during winter are fed hay from our certified organic land 25 miles west of Spokane, WA. W7 beef is raised naturally and without grain, feed additives, hormones, antibiotics, etc. W7 works with nature to protect soil, water and wildlife as we plan for a sustainable future.
You can order beef by the quarter, half or whole beef and the minimum is around 100 pounds of cut, wrapped and frozen meat. Choose from a variety of cuts, all-hamburger, or custom-order to your instructions. You will then pick-up your beef and pay related butchering fees at a quality local butcher shop just west of Spokane. We work to produce the best quality beef, and we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Prices are based on beef hanging weight: $3.40 per pound for a mixed quarter, $3.30 for a half, and $3.20 for a whole beef. If you choose ground beef only the price is $2.70 / whole beef, $2.80 / half and $2.90 / quarter plus butcher fees.. We are now also using Limitbid Packing in Odessa, which offers USDA certified butchering. We can now sell you smaller quantities of beef, just let us know what you need.
