We believe that taking care of your community and those less fortunate than you is a non-negotiable part of the social contract. We are very thankful for the ability to do so thanks to all of you that let us cook for you, share our posts, and tell people about us.

Huge shout out to and for helping to coordinate everything every week, and for working so hard to take care of people and put them in a better position to succeed.

We need to plan something with soon, too!!!

Testing for 🍅 season. Slow-dried on-the-vine tomatoes, maldon french sea salt, single origin olive oil.

Will use the oil in vinaigrette, and the tomatoes add an incredible pop of sweetness and umami to dressings, sauces, pasta, dumpling fillings, aioli, etc.

If our plants produce enough, might even sell this on it's own to help yall have more fun making your own dishes at home.

Locally hand-harvested organic Asparagus, blanched to perfection and paired with made-from-scratch lemon amd herb infused clarified brown butter. Heat through in a medium high skillet for just a few minutes, sprinkle with a bit of salt and maybe your favorite hard italian cheese? and you're enjoying an incredible taste of Spring.

We only have 10 of these. When they're gone, they're gone! Most steakhouses charge $16 for sides, and those definitely aren't using local organic veggies. We're charging $10 for half pound portions and the butter, because we want yall to enjoy the freshest produce you can.

I cannot tell you how excited I am right now.

Just picked up a flat of Organic Strawberries from , a certified organic small farm in Obetz. Picked this morning and yesterday, we will be turning them into compote and running a super limited strawberry yogurt parfait. I'll add to the menu as soon as I know how many we have.

Also got some just-picked organic asparagus. We will trim, blanch, and seal with a few ounces of lemon rosemary clarified butter, also in super limited quantities. Heat through in a skillet on the stove, sprinkle with some good salt and your favorite italian cheese, and you have an incredibly delicious side.

Taco kits are now live on our menu for a limited time while supplies last.

Locally raised, heirloom pork from , marinated for daus then wrapped in banana leaves and braised to tender, juicy perfection. Made-from-scratch pickled onions and sweet peppers. Smoky roasted habanero hot sauce on the side. The best corn tortillas we could find.

Just heat the pork in a nonstick skillet until the juices evaporate and incorporate into the meat. I like to let the bottom get a little of that nice golden brown caramelization myself.

Sprinkle a few drops of water on your tortillas, then toast over medium high heat for 15-20 seconds on each side or until little bubbles form when you flip.

Pork onto tortillas. Top with pickled veggies, and some good flaky salt abd the smoky habanero hot sauce if you want. Ready to go in about 15 minutes, and you're eating a dush that has been made in the yucatan for hundreds of years.

We created a new menu tab called "chef's corner" for the fun items that we put together to flex our creative muscles. If we sell lots of them, we will continue.

Lemon Rosemary Brown Buttah with freshly cut rosemary and thyme. The kitchen smells HEAVENLY. Yall do NOT want to miss this one. Blended with organic veggie broth, roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil from Italy, and nearly 2 quarts of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
