Cobalt Farm Cobalt Farm is a small farm producing quality rabbits, beef, goat meat, and raw milk. Cobalt Farm was started in 2015 in Rochester, NH.

We strive to create quality products that are affordable to all consumers. Because everyone deserves local food! We currently raise meat rabbits, dairy cattle, beef cattle, and meat goats. The farm was started by Kim Meader and Chris Garcia, who have since moved their farm to Effingham, NH. We ask that you call or email to place large orders or to see if we are open. Kim has received a Bachelor’s

degree for Sustainable Agricultural and Food Systems from the University of New Hampshire. This has allowed us to utilize new ideas and old traditions, so we can strive for all our animals to live a life that makes us proud to be farmers.

As promised, 5 days early, we’ve been blessed with the second and last calf of July🤩 This was Lottie’s first calf and she decided to grow a bull 🩵 He’s even more of a surprise because he was conceived using sexed semen so he had over an 80% chance of being a heifer instead 😅 But that’s the thing about genetics no matter how or what you pick sometimes it still comes down to the luck of the draw.

The town’s favorite lady did it again 🥰 Another perfect delivery and healthy calf 🥳 This year she blessed us with a large bull, Lenny 🩵🐮 He’s a full sibling to his older sister, Sprout, who was born last year. We should be welcoming our second calf of July any day!
