Thank you Wendy (farmer-homesteader visiting from Corbett Ridge Farm) who caught the bees buzzing under the linden at High Rock today ! Linden spp., aka basswood, as a flower and leaf tea is supportive of overall lung health and helps body adapt in stressful situations. The bees know what is a great ingredient in honey!

A rainbow of greens thank you, Marshall the greens seed saver n replanter of mad diversity of such iron n mineral rich foods! Grateful to Harvester Rose (holding mad beets there) as we say goodbye to the last of the Hibiscus sabdariffa flowers. Too late to make Vit. C -rich hibiscus calyxes but tasty, demulcent flowers aid digestion (like Rose of Sharon, okra n marshmallow)
