Making Chèvre today. It will be ready tomorrow, Wednesday 5/27.
Fresh goat cheese made this week from our beautiful Nigerian Dwarf goat’s milk. It is smooth and mild, unlike the grocery store Chèvre. Local people can get some while it lasts.
I love to add craisins and Italian herbs or pepper to mine then top with either fig preserves, candied cowboy jalapeños, or honey. Possibilities are endless.
