This business closed years ago. I have tried to contact Facebook about removing this page but haven't gotten any response. For those who patronized our business back then, thank you. It was fun while it lasted and will always be the best tasting product in this product line. Fred did an absolutely incredible job of providing products that tasted great and were functional in many cooking venues. For those who don't know, Fred died a little more than a year after we closed the business. I salute my partner and fellow military veteran.

Fulfilling a request of some very appreciated "regulars," Fred, our cheese maker, has come up with the first NO SUGAR white chocolate raspberry cheese spread! Words don't do this product justice. You have to come in and taste it to believe it!
