🫐 U-pick blueberries officially OPEN for the season. Right now we're picking half the field (Duke variety), with the rest opening shortly. Hours: Thursday and Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2. Containers for picking available... or bring your own. $4.50 per lb with NO field entry fee.

🫜Also available in our farm store, grown right here: new crops - zucchini, beets, carrots, cauliflower, scallions and broccoli rabe. Plus beautiful fresh greens like lettuce, arugula, kale, swiss chard and more.

Grill is lit. is here with rustic bread, pizzas, knishes and more. Plus firing off some "gaucho" croissant sandwiches.

OUR HARVEST - updating daily as new crops come in:
Lettuce, Kale (tuscan and curly types), Swiss Chard (rainbow), Arugula, Kohlrabi, Salad Turnip (Hakurei), Radish, Garlic Scapes, Herbs (cilantro, parsley, basil), Flowers (snapdragons and zinnia). The zucchini will be here soon in this heat and other good stuff to follow.

🥬 Get your fresh cut greens (no spray, no chemicals) - lettuce mix, spinach, arugula and kales. Plus garlic scapes (you won't find these in the grocery store), radish, turnips and herbs.

🍞 - Bread, focaccia pizza, knish, sin buns, scones and more. Get here early before it's gone.

🥬Spinach - large savoy type; Lettuce Mix - vibrant; Arugula - light pepper, full of flavor; Radish and Salad Turnips; Kales - exceptional levels of vitamins; Garlic scapes - mild, sweet, garlicky; Fresh Herbs - chamomile, lemon balm, mint, cilantro oregano; Flowers - snaps, limited quantities.

Ground Beef, Burgers (bacon/cheddar), hot-dogs with cheddar, Sausage (broccoli/cheddar), Stockton Maple Syrup, and our Farm Spices (onion and garlic powders).

🍞Hammerbacher Kitchen on-farm Saturday’s 10-2, or until sold out. Baked goodness and more! Can’t do farm Saturdays…visit their store in EHC Thu and Fri 3-6. Shop at the Farm first then make a Hammerbacher trip.

Farmer Tips:
🥗Elevate your salads to a main course. Try a Kale Chicken Caesar or Spinach Niçoise.
🫜Dip it - blend soft cheese with fresh herbs and garlic scapes.
🍹Sip it- Create healthy teas, smoothies and crafty cocktails/mocktails with fresh herbs and greens.

💚Nothing compares to the nutritional value of farm food and the effect of farm food on your emotions. Our fields are full of the good stuff!

🙏Thankful today, for the privilege to farm and live life on our own terms. We recognize today, more than any other, the tremendous sacrifices made by so many to provide us this freedom.

🇺🇸Enjoy time with friends and family. It’s the everyday small moments that become life’s unforgettable memories. As a proud sister of a lifelong soldier, today I celebrate this bond. I have immense pride for the challenges my brother navigates in his career and family. I thank you for your service, sacrifices and dedication. I honor and reflect with you today.

🌻This season, gather in nature and celebrate with loved ones and build new relationships. Experience peace and personal space on the farm as the day ends and sunset approaches. Living here we can sometimes take for granted how special it is. Coming soon, we will open our indoor/outdoor event space, available for special events and private parties.

Taking a short break from irrigating to spend time with our unstoppable farm community at the Burlington County Fairgrounds for a special New Jersey Ag Society BBQ fundraiser. Toasting the upcoming season and enjoying the pause. Back at it tomorrow.
