Recap of the past week at the bakery! 🍰

Slide 1 - Elowyn decorated the front of the bakery and we love it! We’ve been waiting to decorate because it was in the 90s, but as soon as we felt the temperature change it was go time! So cute!

Slide 2 - Supreme pizza pasta happened over the weekend! Made with our housemade fermented bean vegan pepperoni and sausage, our vegan ricotta and mozzarella, and a sauce made from veggies that we grew at the bakery!

Slide 3 - Every other weekend, Diane makes a protein pancake bake for sale in store on Saturdays. This week she chose to make s’mores! With graham cracker in the batter and on top, chocolate chunks, a ribbon of toasted marshmallow along with bakery yogurt, our veggie flour, and bakery milk.

Slide 4 - Amanda made these jumbo bakery style double chocolate muffins, and the whole bakery smelled of chocolate deliciousness! So beyond soft and tender. 🤩

Slide 5 - Bakery hot chocolate probiotic protein granola! A double chocolate granola that also has the warming spices we put in our bakery hot chocolate: cinnamon and nutmeg! Absolutely delicious.

Slide 6 - Amanda made, and Aidan drizzled, raspberry thumbprint cookies! OMG! We all agreed that these have to become a staple!!

Slide 7 - Amanda made the most gooey and delicious butterscotch Blondies! With a super delicious butterscotch drizzle and just a hint of flaky sea salt on top. Absolute melt in your mouth magic.

Slide 8 - A custom cake made for an awesome customer! Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, pineapple filling and cherries. 🍒 🍍

Hola! We're closed next week and have POPPED OFF!!
Everything we make is gluten-free (made with our housemade fermented veggie flours), soy-free, and peanut-free! Our bakery does contain tree and coconut.

✨As always, we're open for walk-ins to shop, and those who placed online orders that are ready to be picked up✨

New this weekend:
- We have a few savory items this weekend, using everything we grow and make:
* Tomato Bisque Soup that will blow your mind! Using everything that we grow!
* Bakery Breakfast Burritos with our bakery eggs, cheddar, roasted potatoes (and meal-prepped scrambled eggs)!
* Pizza Dip (it is UNREAL)
* Cheesy Garlic Bread Dip, and Whipped Ricotta!

For this week's flip-top parfait cups, we've got vanilla granola with Raspberry compote on the bottom! The granola will never go soggy, so you can enjoy it all week!

We'll also have our epic gluten-free and vegan pizza slices in two options:
- our delicious pizza sauce + mozzarella + bakery herbs AND a pesto pizza!
The pesto is made with our vegan cheeses, pepitas, and other herbs we grow, making it vegan and nut-free! Easy to warm up!

Other goods we’ll have:

🥕 plain yogurt containers. Yogurt is housemade, vegan, and nut-free

Mac n' Cheese Powder -- It's here! The white cheddar mac and cheese powder for you to make the cheesiest, quickest mac. All you need is 6 ounces of pasta and milk of your choice.

Please note that 6ounces of pasta is good for about 2-3 people. Most gluten-free pasta boxes range from 12-15ounces per box, so please keep that in mind and buy the number of cheese packets accordingly.
Also note: we do not like our cheese powder with the chickpea bean-based pasta, the bean flavor of the pasta is strong and fights with the epic cheesiness, but you do what you like!

We took our amazing white cheddar that takes 16 months to make, and dehydrated it. Mixed it with our sprouted amaranth, parsnip, cauliflower, and turnips (you can't taste them, just epic cheesiness)
