We bought 2 bushels of corn from Wellspring Farm. We canned 40 pints and had 1 and a half bags left for the freezer.
Slightly more than $1 a pint cost. Added family time shucking, decobbing and canning maybe 4 or so hours on and off. But having organically raised corn that we know who grew it and how it was raised for the year is priceless.
