Our Deep Pit Carnitas starts with pork slow-cooked in the deep pit, then crisped on the griddle and served on fried corn tortillas with your choice of toppings and salsa.

One of the perks of volunteering around here… sometimes you end up working an event while getting a front row seat to entertainment that plays places far bigger than our little corner of the world. 🎸🔥

Nitro Express keeps a busy schedule at casinos, festivals, and major venues across Southern California — and we’re thankful they squeezed our Memorial Day BBQ into the tour.

For those of us cooking, serving, setting up, cleaning, or just jumping in where needed… good music, good people, and organized chaos is part of the fun. 😆🍔🍖
