Two and a half years ago, we opened the doors to Dolly's with one dream to create a place where people could gather, share great food, enjoy wonderful wine, and make lasting memories together. ❤️

From the very beginning, one question has been asked over and over again:
"When are you starting a wine club?" 🍷

Well... after 2½ years, we're finally ready to say...

It's here.

With grateful hearts, we're so excited to announce the soft launch of Dolly's Wine Club on August 28th.

This isn't just a wine club it's an extension of our family. It's about slowing down, raising a glass, sharing stories, discovering beautiful wines, and celebrating the community that has supported us since day one.

Thank you for believing in us, cheering us on, and making Dolly's feel like home. Every meal you've shared, every bottle you've enjoyed, and every kind word has helped bring us to this moment.

We can't wait to welcome you to the very first chapter of Dolly's Wine Club.

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible man behind the scenes of Dolly’s ❤️

While Dolly was pregnant and after the arrival of their beautiful first child, he poured his heart into keeping the restaurant running, working long hours and making countless sacrifices so both his family and Dolly’s could thrive. ❤️🍝🍷

For that reason, we’re giving this new dad a well-deserved break to celebrate his very first Father’s Day.

📌 Dolly’s will be CLOSED on Saturday, June 20th, and will reopen Sunday, June 21st at 5:30 PM.

To all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who love, provide, protect, and show up every day thank you. The world is a better place because of incredible men like you. 🌎💙
