I learned so much, by watching my mother and grandmothers bake. They would bake with so much love, that the end result would taste enchanting. I learned to associate the sights, sounds, smells, feelings and flavors of baking, with joy. Family and friends would gather around the table and, for that moment, while we were consumed with the deliciousness of what was before us, all seemed right in the
world. As I looked around the dining table, I realized that I was not the only one who felt this harmony... Everyone was being fulfilled (literally & figuratively) because of the time and thoughtfulness of what someone else created in the kitchen. I knew, right then and there, that I wanted to be the creator of this experience for others! I am fascinated with the art of combining a few simple/pure ingredients, and creating something entirely unique and delightful. This lifelong fascination has inspired me to design a special twist, on an all-time favorite treat of mine...The Chocolate Chip Cookie!!! I have paired my love of chocolate chip cookies, with my respect for the flavors and health benefits of tea. All my baked goods are created with organic tea and are devotedly made in my home kitchen!
