Ok, so as many of you know, I will be on vacation until 6-11 for my wife’s family reunion. This is post is a “proud” moment for me, so when my wife was talking to her mother and planning out who’s cooking what, when, I hear my father in law chime up and yelled “MAKE SURE JOHN BRINGS BRISKET”! That sure made my heart feel good!

What a blessing! Today at DP’s Food Truck Park, The Church of the Armory are having a bake sale so come on down and grab some BBQ AND CAKE! That’s what I’m calling a WIN WIN! Help send these kids on to their camp!

Come Down to DP’s Food Truck Park and grab some BBQ! Also swing by Heavenly Hawaiian and get a pizza! Heck, get brisket from us, a cheese pizza from them and make your whole family happy with a pizza you made yourself! Put the brisket on the pizza with some of our sauce……. Guaranteed happy family!

Memorial Day post! Pray and thank God for the hero’s who have passed to allow us to have the freedoms that we have! Next month, look for us on DoorDash. Gonna make the move because friends of mine own Heavenly Hawaiian and are using it and RAVE about it! In the mean time 870-325-7846

So this is how I used to cook Q, then I got too tired to mop! But I’m saying DANG, it was sooooo good and juicy! That’s how I made my $4.76 back in the day! Hahaha

Going back to when I was young and knew it all about the bbq world! Hahaha! Bbq mop with basic rub or 1 part season salt, 1/2 part pepper and half part paprika! Toss in some brown sugar if you want and some cumin, why not! Have fun with food!
