Fowl only!!!!!! Juices run red, week in bed, juices run clear, it’s good for the rear! Get your chicken close to the 165°, during competitions I ran mine to 155° and let the carryover temp cook the rest. Juicier chicken!

Closing Early! Sell out-ish. Not really enough of anything to make much of anything! Thank you to EVERY-SINGLE-ONE of you who have supported me. Next week, new brisket for yall to try. New, different than the norm, brisket coming next week ONLY! I used this technique 100 yrs ago, and it is for the “young” cook, but with my brother coming in town….. gotta bring it back! Look for it next week!

Sorry, I’m not as good as I once was! I used to work out in the heat digging trenches 6 days a week! That’s not me anymore! Hahaha! I had to take a break to cool down and hydrate. I have bevs at the truck, but cokes won’t work! I’m off to get more water!
