Not too many dairies make feta like this anymore. It is labor intensive but it is a labor of love. Cut by hand, salted by hand. Then we take it a few steps further towards delicious by adding garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil all swimming in olive oil. 8

With the current global health crisis we are adjusting our business model to ensure the safety and well-being of our community and ourselves. Our online ordering will begin March 30th, with pick-ups on Thursdays and Sundays.⁣

We are taking extra precaution during this time. With our small scale, we are able to limit the number of people who are in direct contact with our products. ⁣
Our direct field to consumer distribution can ensure that Ben and I will be the only ones handling the products, and we are going through incredible lengths to stay healthy and in good spirits during this time.⁣

•We will have eggs from Golden Valley Farm, Meat from JK Cattle, Cheese from Jollity Farm, Bread from Baker and the Cakemaker, and Coffee Beans from Totem Coffee.⁣
•We will have some produce from our farm, Fog Dog Farm, Stoney Point Farm, and hopefully soon from Flying V Farm.
•We will also be ordering from an organic distributor to fill some gaps until the rest of the crops from our community are ready to harvest.⁣
