So today on the way to Hopping Gnome Brewing Company we were on the turnpike. We were in the construction area around 400 when a vehicle traveling the wrong way was coming towards us at a high rate of speed. They swerved at the vehicle ahead of us and again at us. We moved as they continued traveling. I checked my mirrors and saw cars swerving and cops with lights on. The vehicle going in the wrong direction hit the median and the cops turned and started chasing. I can't find any information, has anyone else heard or saw this???
