Creating menus, cooking, teaching, serving, anything and everything kitchen (including cleaning and organizing). Born in 1978, I grew up listening to EVERYTHING from The Judds, Madonna, U2, to oldies and anything the El Paso radio stations had to offer and of course MTV! Then I found HipHop and Biggie Smalls, 2pac, Run DMC, Biz Markie, The WU TANG CLAN the list can go on...But we will come back to
that shortly. Throughout my life I always found myself asking, like every one of us that really didn't have that plan set up..."What should I be doing? So, after battling many years with being in the kitchen and not being in the kitchen to support myself and the family I've made for myself. I decided it was time (better late than never!) to be about the kitchen life again and start a food truck. So, what better way to get money for a food truck then go to culinary school get the paperwork (Associates degree in Culinary Science from Le Cordon Bleu) to prove to the bank that I can do what I say I can and get me that business loan to make it happen. Well, that didn't happen either. And good thing too, because I would have failed miserably, not knowing that I could be more than just a taco truck. I've had a handful of jobs since culinary school, and each had a valuable lesson to teach me. And also had to teach me all the other cuisines I've come to love. And now I'm back in El Paso (and wherever else I'm needed) to serve, to teach, to cook, to create, to do all the things you need done in your kitchen, or for your special events, dietary needs, or maybe you want to learn how to make a certain dish or dishes, whatever the need may be . . .Sky's the limit! Personal/Private Chef and Catering Services is for you. I will work with most budgets. Now back to my love of HipHop and my business start-up. If you've heard the song Skys the limit from Biggie then you know what I'm talking about. The song speaks volumes. To go from nothing to something is the overall message and that's what I'm trying to do. Not just to pay bills, but to leave something for my kids and family when i am gone. And the words of the title themselves, mainly "Sky" because God has control of my life and only through him will this work. I will not push my beliefs on you or discriminate against yours.
