3️⃣ Use your Passport Card to rate each beer

It was an incredible experience sharing the art, science, and creativity behind craft beer brewing with such a talented and enthusiastic group of future culinary professionals. From learning about ingredients and brewing techniques to experiencing the brewing process firsthand, we hope the session was both educational and enjoyable for everyone involved.
