I skinned and gutted a deer last week one we harvested on our land. Have not even processed it yet. I was sore for 3 days and my back was killing me. I will not be processing anymore not even goats my body can't handle it. I don't want to bust up the business, but no one wants to do the work. I would be glad to teach someone but don't want to waste my time. This would be a great opportunity for someone that like to work their own way and own pace. It won't make you rich but you will never be hungry and your bills will be paid. I do have a guy from Uzbecastan who is willing to come run it with his family, but I have to sponsor his visa and that's a big responsibility with everything I have going on. Praying for guidance and for the creators will to be clear. I don't want to miss the right opportunity.

We are not taking any more appointments until September 1st.
We are revamping the rail system, adding a bigger w***h and spring cleaning. We will still no longer be doing beef. The truck was not originally designed to do mainly beef, but more for goats sheep and small to medium hogs. After September we will have a whole new system that will be easier on my back and hopefully speed up service. See you September 1st.

Hello everyone sorry life has be chaos for a little while. We have had so many word of mouth referrals that We are booked out until May. We are no longer processing beef. If you have a processor that will take quatered beef I will still do emergency kills and beef that won't load. The price is $300. Plus $2.00 a mile. Message me if you need to make an appointment for May or later. Thank you.

My wife Brandy Loyd went back in the Hospital last night. Not sure what's wrong but the psychologists and doctors are trying to help and get her meds right.

Thank you everyone for your support and concern due to this I am not going to be able to travel more than 1 hour from El Paso AR for any new scheduling. I am sorry, but we have 3 and 4 year old girls and I am basically a single dad, business owner and operator and there're so many hours in a day.

I thank everyone the most for their patience and understanding.

What a great day. Brandy is better getting out of the hospital! Our new intern Jonathan has shown excellent aptitude and enjoys the work. The girls are happy and The oldest is enjoying his military training. People have said the American dream is dead. It is still alive. You just have to be half crazy in the head and half crazy in the heart with just a pinch of total, undying, infinitely eternal commitment to reach for it. :)
