I was warned there would be a learning curve and that was no lie! There were some hits and misses... I made five pies and David said each one got better. I’ll take that for my first try.

Last week I made a dough that was easier to work with, so I’m going back to that one for the next run. “Kids! It’s all pizza all the time until I get the hang of this!!”

So first of all, homemade pizza is a little ambitious for a weeknight. Even if I did make the dough over the weekend. Also I can’t imagine I’ll ever get my dough to come out round. Michael just said my pizza was shaped like the Iberian Peninsula.
I had to google it 😂
