🍋🍋Baby Lemon Impossible Pies🍋🍋

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup melted butter
• ½ cup self-rising flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Powdered sugar, for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin tin.

2.) In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, melted butter, flour, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.

3.) Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.

4.)Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

🍹🍹Piña Colada Sangria🍹🍹

INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle of White Wine (750 ml)
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1 cup Coconut Rum
1 cup Pineapple chunks
Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

☆ In a large pitcher, combine white wine, pineapple juice, and coconut rum.

☆Add Fruit: Stir in the pineapple chunks.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

☆Serve: Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice.

☆Garnish: Add a few maraschino cherries and a pineapple slice to each glass for garnish.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained, reserve 2 tbsp juice)
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (or pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
Optional Toppings:
Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries
Fresh pineapple chunks

INSTRUCTIONS:

☆ Prepare the Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to set.

☆Add Pineapple and Coconut
Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut until well combined. Add the reserved pineapple juice to enhance the flavor.

☆Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix.

☆Add the Crunch
Fold in the chopped macadamia nuts (or your preferred nuts) for a satisfying crunch.

☆Chill and Set
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

☆Add Toppings (Optional)
Before serving, sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, top with maraschino cherries, or add fresh pineapple chunks for an extra tropical touch.

🎃 🎃 Pumpkin Pie Bars (Using Cake Mix)🎃🎃

☆INGREDIENTS☆

■ CRUST
• 1 Box (Yellow) Cake Mix
• 1 Stick UNSALTED Butter Melted ½ Cup

■ FILLING
• 1 Can Pure Pumpkin 15 oz (NOT Pumpkin Pie Filling)
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14oz
•1 Tsp Cinnamon
• ½ Tsp Salt
• 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

☆INSTRUCTIONS☆

1.) Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a
9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray.

2.) In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and melted butter until a
thick ball of dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the 9x13 inch pan.

3.) In another mixing bowl, combine the can of pumpkin, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, salt, and pumpkin pie spice and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until
the mixture is combined and smooth.

4.)Pour the filling on top of the crust.

5.) Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool before cutting.

🍲Copycat Olive Garden’s Chicken Gnocchi Soup🍲

✅️INGREDIENTS✅️

□ 1 tablespoon olive oil
□ 1 cup finely diced onion
□ 1/2 cup finely diced celery
□ 1/2 cup finely diced carrot
□ 2 cloves garlic, minced
□ 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
□ 4 cups chicken broth
□ 1 teaspoon dried thyme
□ 1 teaspoon dried parsley
□ Salt and pepper to taste
□ 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
□ 16 oz potato gnocchi
□ 1 cup half-and-half
□ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

✅️DIRECTIONS✅️

*In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, celery, and carrot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

*Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

*Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.

*Add the shredded chicken, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

*Meanwhile, cook the potato gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add the chopped spinach to the pot and stir until wilted.

*Pour in the half-and-half and add the cooked gnocchi. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.

*Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

*Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

🍪Texas Sheet Cake Cookies🍪

●INGREDIENTS●

*COOKIES*

▪︎ 1 box chocolate cake mix
▪︎ 2 eggs {whisked}
▪︎ 1/3 cup oil

* FROSTING*

▪︎ 1/2 cup butter
▪︎ 2 tbsp cocoa
▪︎ 3 tbsp milk
▪︎ 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

●INSTRUCTIONS●

■For Cookies■

▪︎Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

▪︎ Combine cookie ingredients in large bowl and mix until completely incorporated.
*NOTE: Dough will be thick.*

▪︎ Using a medium sized cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

▪︎ Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.

▪︎ Repeat until all of the dough is baked.

■For Frosting■

▪︎Combine the first 3 frosting ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted.
▪︎ Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.

▪︎ Pour frosting over cookies. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that each cookie is completely covered.

Chocolate Cake 🎂

•Sift Together•
▪︎1 cup flour
▪︎1 cup sugar
▪︎3 teaspoons baking powder
▪︎Pinch of salt

•Mix together•
▪︎1/4 cup cacao
▪︎1/2 cup hot water
▪︎1/2 cup oil
▪︎4 egg yolks

1.) Mix wet ingredients into flour mix.
Beat egg whites (DON'T OVER BEAT) and fold into mixture

2.) Grease pan, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

3.) Sauce: Pour hot sauce over cake as it comes out oven

▪︎1 can Ideal milk *keep 1/4 tin aside*
▪︎1 cup sugar

4.)Boil together and pour over hot cake.

5.) Melt 2 normal size whole nut slab chocolate and the left over 1/4 tin of ideal milk together. (DON'T LET IT BOIL) just melt.

And pour over cooled cake.

Enjoy!

*I added coffee powder to the hot water from the cake, to give it an even richer taste!*

Simple homemade sugar cookies 🥰
Crispy on the edges and the center is soft!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar (for rolling) however I used powdered sugar. This is your sugar coating!

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the oil, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently mix everything together to form a thick dough.
Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll each ball in the sugar coating.
Place cookies a few inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Gently press each cookie down with a cup to form even size cookies
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of each cookie
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until just starting to brown on the bottom. Do not overbake or they will be hard as rocks!

FRESH BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE WITH HOMEMADE CRUST

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup ground walnuts or any nuts
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

☆For the Cheesecake:

• 1 (8oz) package softened cream cheese
• 1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

☆For Fresh Blueberry Topping:

• 2 cup fresh blueberries or frozen
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
1. For the Nutty Graham Cracker Crust
Combine all ingredients then press into an 8 x 8-inch sprayed baking pan. Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at about 350 degrees. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

2. Cream the cheese filling (This is like the filling of the cherry cream cheese pie we all made before

3. For the Cheesecake:
Combine the ingredients and blend for 3 to 4 minutes on strong. Pour over crust that has cooled. Chill for 3 hours.

4. For Blueberry toppings:
Add and combine all topping ingredients except lemon juice and bring to a boil over the burner, continuously stirring so as not to burn. Cook to thicken for 2 minutes. Add and stir in lemon juice and allow it to cool. Pour over cheesecake, after 3 hours of cooling.
Keep the cheesecake cold. This recipe produces 10-12 servings. Note: With this recipe, you can use some fresh fruit, including strawberries or blackberries.

🤤 Outback Steakhouse Bloomin Onion 🧅

INGREDIENTS:

*Batter*
● 1/3 cup cornstarch
● 1 1/2 cups flour
● 2 tsp garlic, minced
● 2 tsp paprika
● 1 tsp salt
●1 tsp pepper
● 24 ounces beer
● 4 vidalia onions

*Seasoned flour*
● 2 cups flour
● 4 tsp paprika
● 2 tsp garlic powder
● 1/2 tsp pepper
● 1/4 tsp cayenne

*Outback Dipping Sauce*
● 1/2 cup mayonnaise
● 2 tsp ketchup
● 2 tsp creamed horseradish
● 1/4 tsp paprika
● 1/4 tsp salt
● 1/8 tsp dried oregano
● 1 dash black pepper
● 1 dash cayenne

DIRECTIONS:

1. For the seasoned flour-combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne-mix well.

2. For the Dipping sauce - Blend everything together well and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

3. For the batter -Mix cornstarch, flour and seasonings until well blended.

4. Add beer and mix well.

5. Cut about 3/4 inch off top of onion and peel.

6. Cut into onion 12-16 vertical wedges but do not cut through bottom root end.

7. Remove about 1 inch of petals from center of onion (You can place the cut onions in cold water for a few hours to help "open" them up -- just make sure that you drain them well).

8. Dip in seasoned flour and gently shake to remove excess.

9. Separate petals to coat thoroughly with batter.

10. Gently place in a fryer basket and deep fry at 375° - 400° for 1 minutes and 30 second.

11. Turn over and fry 1 minutes and 30 seconds more or until golden brown.

12. Drain on paper towels.

🍄 Fried Mushrooms 🍄

INGREDIENTS:

■ 10 ounces whole fresh mushrooms
■ 1 cup flour
■ ½ cup cornstarch
■ ¾ teaspoon baking powder
■ ¼ teaspoon salt
■ 1 cup water
■ 2 cups breadcrumbs (Panko)

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.

2. Add water and mix until a smooth batter has formed.
3. Dip mushrooms into the batter and coat evenly. Allow excess batter to drip off.

4. Roll the mushrooms in breadcrumbs until coated thoroughly. Repeat until all mushrooms are coated.

5. Heat deep fryer to 365 degrees.

6. Deep fry mushrooms in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

CHRISTMAS EGGNOG BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

● 2 eggs
● 1 cup of sugar
● 1/2 cup butter (Melted)
● 1 cup of eggnog
● 2 tbsp Rum flavor extract
● 1 tsp Vanilla extract
● 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
● 2 tbsp baking powder
● 1/2 tsp salt
● 1/4 tsp nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Greased bottom a 5 9-inch loaf pan.

2. Whisk eggs in a big bowl; add sugar, melt butter, eggnog, rum extract also vanilla extract.

3. Mix flour with baking powder, salt & nutmeg, then stirring to eggnog mixture;

4. stirring only plenty to blend everything.
Pour to mold.

5. Baking for 40 to 60 min, inserted toothpick in center until toothpick comes out clean.

6. Allow cooling for 11 min in pan before transferd to a wire rack finalize cooling.

Leftovers can be packed in plastic wrap & store in refrigerator.
