Dysfunctional Druid I started out making wood carvings for physical therapy and soon had to make my own special needs custom handled carving knives.

Time for a Thursday Throw Back. I finally was able to switch back to this account from my personal account. I don't know why this happens from time to time but it is very frustrating.
This is a Cheese Slicer. I haven't made one of these for quite awhile.
This one is Oregon Big Leaf Quilted Maple with African Wenge Trim and 4 non slip feet.

Time for this week's Thursday Throw Back. This is a carving I made for my boys to give as a gift to their very long time violin teacher. We wanted to give her something unique that she hadn't already received in many years of being given musically themed gifts. The bow is embellished with a AAA Grade Ethiopian Opal for her Birthstone.

Today's Thursday Throw Back is appropriately a pair of Redwood Lace Burl Handled Knives. I made them a year or so ago for a very special order for a friend going back 40 years. She ordered them with matching engraving to go with the matching handles. A very nice filet knife and an extremely durable Bowie knife.
