Introducing this delicious, garlicky, Chicago-Czech-style salami unique to the Chicago region: PRASKY! We’ve been making it around the holidays for the last six or seven years, but we thought it’d be nice to have around through football season, because it is the PERFECT snack to munch on with a crispy l***r b**r while watchin’ a game. Pair it with a good mustard like Lowensenf red label, sour pickles, and a nice Pilsner b**r.

We got the new stuffer installed this week, and guess what, it rocks. This is 330ish pounds of our famous Bier Stix being loaded in.

Happy Saturday! We’re looking forward to next week when we can play with our new sausage stuffer! This machine will help us in many ways, including speed, portion accuracy, more options for attachments, and, most importantly, a hydraulic dump. We’ll share some action videos soon. 💪🌭😎

Natural casing, hickory smoke, and a bouquet of pepper, garlic, coriander, and ginger together form the juiciest, most tastiest Polish Sausage that will ever grace your gullet. These just came out of the smoker and will be ready tomorrow!
